I’ve had expected more than we had received.

The breakfast is nice with lots of variety. The view is panoramic from the whole city.

The pool is out of order, they said that it’s being renovated. You couldn’t easily find the facilities, ie the gym. We had booked for another type of room but they gave us another one smaller and with one bed, although we had booked with two beds. In addition the complimentary bottle of water had rust on it.

Zeer comfortabel hotel

Erg goed bed en meer dan genoeg hoofdkussens (die dik genoeg waren!), fijn. Donkere gordijen Hele ruime kamer Heel aangenaam dat we de mogelijkheid kregen om na de afloop van de marathon nog even te douchen (en dit terwijl we al uitgecheckt waren). Dank jullie hiervoor!

Ontbijt was minder uitgebreid dan ik had gedacht Veel lawaai van de straat

The Holiday Inn came through for me when I was in a bind. Their facilities exceeded my expectations

Location was very good. Close to the city centre and right on bicycle paths that I made use of. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and bigger than I expected. I would happily stay at this location again if I am in the city.

There wasn't anything that I had a major issue with. The window cleaner playing music outside my windows at 8am isn't fun but I would never ask the hotel not to wash the windows. My room key not opening the side door is a minor inconvenience.

Vrlo dobro ali može i bolje

Velika i prostrana soba s kavom i čajem u sobi. Soba čista, malo starija.

Tepih u sobi oštećen nekim kiselinama.Gašenje svjetla nije moguće kraj kreveta. Poslovična ljubaznost bez iskrenosti na recepciji, može i bolje.

organizarea și poziția hotelului aproape de gara și centru orașului. mâncarea de la restaurant (cina) excelenta!

lipsa unei izolații potrivite a geamurilor în privința zgomotului de afara. dificultatea mare în ajustarea temperaturii din camera. climatizarea foarte zgomotoasa și ineficienta pentru încălzire.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación

La ubicación. El transporte muy cercano y el centro a escasos minutos andando. Muy cerca también un barrio con muchos restaurantes.

El confort de las habitaciones. Habitaciones muy frías ya que el aire se pone automático a 20 grados y luego no puedes calentarla.

Great experience

- Room was good, spacious and clean. - The bed and sofa-bed for the 3rd person were comfy with a lot of pillows. - The room was with coffee, I love this small detail ;) - The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon availability we could get a early check-in and late checkout which was really convenient for us. - Location was superb, close to the train station and city centre. 5 minutes walking.

Access to the Hotel by car. Seems that you need to pay immediately you enter. We had to park the car outside and carry all the luggage until the reception.

Prima hotel maar kan beter

Personeel van receptie waren super lief en behulpzaam. Wij hadden niet voldoende handdoeken, geen Thee kopjes en geen thee zakjes, binnen 10 minuten had de staf van het receptie het in orde gemaakt.. Toppie!

Kamer was heel stoffig, douche rubber was vies,. Bed was prima maar de kussens waren een drama, veel te zacht. Buiten was er gelegenheid om lekker buiten te zitten, hebben we ook gedaan, alleen jammer dat er geen kaarsje of lampje op de tafels waren om het wat sfeer te geven. (dit is wel een persoonlijk keus)

Good size rooms super comfy beds . The breakfast was good the staff infact gave us some dry snacks for the day .

Room service should have been provided for dental kits if not placed in the room.

Routineus personeel

De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend gelegen nabij de binnenstad.

Het personeel is nogal routineus. Met andere woorden ze doen hun werk goed maar je krijgt niet het gevoel dat je in andere hotels wel hebt: hartelijke ontvangst, je welkom voelen, even informeren hoe de reis was etc. Bovendien stoorden we ons dat we telkens in het Engels werden we aangesproken. Waarom? In Frankrijk zeggen ze Bonjour. In Duitsland: Gutenmorgen, in de USA: Good Morning. Dus in Nederland: Goedemorgen. Wat is daar mis mee? Ook de vele buitenlandse gasten zullen dit waarderen. Kom op zeg: We zijn in Nederland. Het parkeren op de parkeerplaats is belachelijk duur. 22 euro per nacht. Parkeer in de ernaast gelegen parkeergarage Fellenoord voor een tientje.

Heerlijk hotel, voor herhaling vatbaar!

Hele fijne bedden , we hadden twin beds en die waren best wel breed. Ieder bed had een zachte en harde kussen. Uitstekend airco en fijne douche. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en aardig.

Jammer dat het zwembad gesloten was.

Location superb with an excellent breakfast. All staff very helpful.

Prima locatie in de buurt van het station. Prima kamer met een alle voorzieningen.

Er was een sleutel nodig om het fietsenhok open te maken, dit was iets onhandig.

Great hotel for bussines or tourism.

The position of the hotel is excellent. Very close to city center, train station and other shoping facilities. Staff is very friendly and redy to help and assist.

I will not be back at Holiday inn Eindhoven for sure.

Provided wrong room with wrong beds, had to change again for another room but was with a bath instead of a shower as requested, charged the city tax even if I was living in eindhoven, unexperienced staff, and unclear about the cost of the breakfast. Spent almost the same as the hotel fee just for the car park and 4 breakfast in two days. Beds uncomfortable and poor sound isolation of the rooms. The sink of the second room was also half broken. Resulting in spryed water of the air! They should have put a sign in it caution open carefully! Best regards

Dat het personeel heel vriendelijk was en erg goed geholpen met een andere kamer ivm hoogtevrees zouden we op de 7de verdieping zitten en keken verder en kregen toen een kamer aangewezen op de beganegrond en heeft met inchecken en met het ontbijt en uitchecken ook goed geholpen Dat het dichterbij het psv stadion en trein station

De prijs maar dat komt waarschijnlijk om dat wij er waren toen guus meeuwis optrad in het psv stadion anders zal die wel lager zijn geweest denk ik

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Eindhoven

Perfecte locatie in het centrum van Eindhoven en voorzien van een ruime betaalde parkeerplaats. Kamers zijn compleet maar eenvoudig ingericht. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Helaas was het zwembad gesloten en zijn daar niet over geïnformeerd en het optionele ontbijt staat de keuze/ kwaliteit niet in verhouding met de prijs. €22,00 pp.

Dicht bij Philips stadion

Moesten 22€ betalen voor parkeren, gingen eten in het hotel restaurant met familie. Hebben ook de auto geparkeerd op het zelfde terrein hoefde geen parkeerkosten te betalen omdat ze bij het hotel restaurant gegeten hebben. Blijf je er slapen en eten moet je wel parkeerkosten betalen rara combinatie. Verder goed bevallen!
