Could have been better !!!

Very clean villa. The restaurant was lovely, the staff very attentive and the food good. 10 minute walk into Tsivili , the climb back to the villa may be off putting for some but we managed. A taxi was around 8 euros. Easy to hire a car via the hotel.

Villa was very dated and could have done with some basic improvements. The website is very misleading and the villas are not 5 star properties or adult only.the suites and villas should be advertised on the website separately to avoid confusion. The grounds around the pool lacked imagination, a flowering shrub would have enhanced things.

We "ve spent our holidays at st john resort.We actually enjoyed very high level facilities.The Villa was very well maintained and clean.The swimming pool is realy large,surrounded by an impressive garden.Sea view was amazing.Private parking was also very convenient.The high speed wi fi gave us the opportunity to combine work and leissure.The staff was very professional and helpfull.The first day we had breakfast in our room which was really rich and full.In the evening we visited NOYA restaurant which is in the middle of the resort and near by our villa.We tasted greek dishes and the prices were very reasonable.All the waiters were very professional and polite.I want to thank the manager Narcis ,the receptionist Georgi, the Housekeeper Maria and the rest of the staff that made us feel comfortable during our stay.The STJOHN RESORT is a real 5* Hotel ,giving high level to the Zakynthos tourism .We have booked already our next visit for August,and we recommend the hotel for 5* holidays.

A 5 star experience

We stayed at Saint John Carnation villa during Easter recess. The place is very well maintained. We really enjoyed the amazing view from our balcony along with a beautiful lawn. A big plus is the organisation of the place. The staff is really welcoming and keen on helping whenever needed. There is also parking spot for you to make your stay comfortable. Moreover, as we needed to work remotely the WiFi connection was a pleasant surprise. Last but not least, the place is really clean and the air conditioning highly comfortable. I certainly recommend you to give it a go to noya restaurant to taste the Mediterranean cuisine. I am looking forward to revisit Saint John soon!

Amazing experience

I recently stayed at the St. John Suites for a weekend getaway and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The hotel also had several on-site dining options, all of which served delicious food and drinks. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant, which offered stunning views of the city. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel St. John Villas, Suites & Spa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel experience.

i was able to spend some time at St Johns. From the moment I entered the lobby to check in until checkout, the staff provided me with everything I could have wished for. My Villa was very clean and superb condition overall. The private pool was one of my favorite things as well as the room service. I was able to relax to the fullest and enjoy the perks of the island as well. the hotel’s own restaurant was was a 30 second walk away from my villa. The stunning views during dinner made the trip even more romantic. My partner and I enjoyed the trip very much will visit again for sure. yo

Best holidays so far !!!!

It was a wonderful stay we had at St John Villas!! During our stay at the resort, we stayed at a villa named Olive tree. It was really spacious and nice and we had our own parking spot. Every morning we ordered a different breakfast to our villa , we prefered the 'healthy breakfast' and the Continental as they are named, they were more than enough , had delicious quality options and we had energy for the rest of the day! In the evening almost daily we visited the resort's restaurant which we were amazed by all the options the menu had, aswell as the quality of it. We had St. John's Beef fillets & pork fillets honey mustard which both instantly became our favourites !! The service was also excellent with Vicky & Nick being professional as expected and keeping safety diatances and measures aswell. Before we left for our villa we had some cocktails for takeaway which we enjoyed by the pool. The beds were also great and comfy which made our stay unforgetable ! I recommend you getting up early to watch the sunrise from Olive Tree's balcony ! Just pure magic. We definetly coming back!

Amazing and romantic resort , kind staff and high quality service.

Our stay at the resort was perfect. From the moment we arrived the staff welcomed us and was really kind and helpful. They transported us to our villa with the electric Golf car. The villa was amazing , had a breathtaking sea view and we had our own parking spot as mentioned on.the website. The villas also had complete privacy between each other. We also ordered from.the resort’s restaurant . The food was delicious and nice looking and the room service pretty fast. Definitely recommend a stay at this resort.

a memorable stay during a challenging time for travel

We arrived Zakynthos while Greece was still in partial lockdown and so were grateful that the manageress Narciss was so welcoming, waiting with keys in hand to usher us to our villa. Most of the island's restaurants, ( including the hotel restaurant) retail shops and small grocery stores were closed with very few people about. We stayed in a suite villa which had all the amenities of kitchenette and pool with two bedrooms upstairs. All immaculately clean--if a bit tired. We were provided with breakfast and dinner on our patio by the pool which was a godsend as so much was closed and the food was fantastic--homemade and very fresh and tasty. During a challenging time for travel, they really made our stay memorable . Thank you so much!!!

Our villa was a bit dated and tired but we were so happy for the immaculate cleaning and all the amenities it made up for it.

Amazing place.

The staff attitude and attendance was above the standard! Food in the restaurant was amazing! Cleanness of the villas and swimming pool was exceeding expectations! We are looking forward to visit it again!
