Quite good

Central location & comfortable

Our friends were put on a different floor (even though we booked a year in advance almost!) Their room was very noisy as it was on the front.

Short stay for a concert

Reasonable sized room with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well located for where we needed to be.

It generally felt a little tired and our bathroom needed some attention to the bath plug and toilet flush.

We were pleased with the Hotel in general and would happily visit again.

Great location. Friendly staff, very good breakfast.

Poor bar area, no atmosphere obviously do not expect to see customers.

What we needed where we needed it

Very good location with parking

Tricky getting out of the car park into the one way system (got fined for driving in a bus lane we didn't spot the sign for). Not the hotels fault, but worth being aware of

More than acceptable and we will book again

On every visit to Cardiff which we visit about 3 to 4 times a year we always try and stay at this hotel

Breakfast included in the price we paid, it was a bit expensive when other hotels are similar price including breakfast

Not sure I would stay again

The location

Where do I start. Out side my room where fans that were operating ALL night, and noisy. For breakfast I was told there was no warm food due to a issue in the kitchen ! Additional £20 for car parking , parked our car in the small tight parking and noticed scratch on car the following day.

Would 100% recommend!

The room was spacious & the bed comfy. The hotel was clean throughout and staff helpful. Ideal city centre location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & was really happy with the hotel & room. Would 100% stay again.

Noise: From outside ( the alley side on Sunday morning). From other rooms while people talking( can hear very clearly) or doing "exercise". And footsteps from upstairs.

The location of the hotel.

Everything else. Cleanliness, bar staff attitude, the state of the building, the state of the furniture, the fact that they keep food unused at breakfast for the next following breakfast.

Very pleasant

I liked how great the staff were and how accommodating and pleasant, polite and happy they all were to be helping and working there

The only thing I had a problem with was how warm the room was and that the air-conditioner wasn’t working properly but the staff helped by bring a fan.

Lovely hotel, extremely well located, very helpful and friendly staff, room was spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. Would stay there again.

Car park a little expensive for guest which pushes up the total cost of your stay, something to be considered if planning to take a car.
