- Alle Artikel des täglichen Bedarfs sind ebenfalls vorhanden (Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Werkzeug, Medikamente, Föhn, Bügeleisen, etc.…) es gab sogar Shampoo/Duschgel für Kinder
- Die 2 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage
- Ca 5 Gehminuten zum Strand oder Shopping oder Supermarkt - alles Fussläufig erreichbar
- 24h Rezeption vom angrenzenden Hotel
- Pool zur Nutzung mit warmem, großem Kinderbecken
- gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter
- wir hatten etwas im Apartment vergessen - wir wurden informiert und haben es wieder bekommen.
- Balkon mit Sicherheitsnetz
- Klappstuhl für Strand
- guter Kühl/Gefrierschrank
Contra:
- Wohnbereich keine Klimaanlage, daher im Sommer sehr heiss - Luft steht vorallem bei Nutzung der offenen Küche
- Toiletten spülen schlecht
- etwas unflexible Anbieter (Keine Hilfe bei Suche nach Babybett oder Hochstuhl)
- Jacuzzi und Sauna eigentlich nicht Nutzbar (Jacuzzi kalt und sprudelt nicht)
Alles in allem ein sehr guter Standard für Brasilien. Wir haben 2 Wochen mit Oma und Kindern dort gewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden.

segunda vez que nos hospedamos no costa sul, e fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Evandro mais uma vez, o apartamento é ótimo, localização excelente e a cozinha muito bem equipada, meu filho de 7 anos amou a piscina aquecida, não sentimos falta de nada. Sem dúvidas voltarei ano que vem se tudo der certo. Obrigada.

Foram ótimos dias de férias em Camboriú, o apartamento é impecável, mais completo do que eu poderia imaginar. A área de hidromassagem e piscinas aquecidas ajudou muito em vista do clima estar um pouco frio. Os funcionários do prédio não são muito amigáveis, chamaram nossa atenção por utilizarmos o elevador de serviço e nos barraram na sala de jogos, mas isso não obscureceu as coisas boas do lugar. Minha família adorou! Anfitrião é excepcionalmente atencioso e gentil. Obrigado.

O apartamento é aconchegante e acolhedor, possui tudo que uma casa necessita, e o mais importante bem pertinho de restaurantes, banco, posto de combustível e da praia central, o Sr. Evandro e a Senhorita Lizandra são incríveis, muito atenciosos, gostaria de agradecer por toda dedicação que teve conosco, principalmente pelo fato, em que nossa estadia, foi justamente no período em que se deu a paralização do Corona Vírus, o Sr Evandro nos ajudou a manter a calma e foi muito solidário. O apartamento é muito muito muito bom, as fotos são verdadeiras e a realidade é melhor ainda, o Sr Evandro é muito atencioso,o pessoal do prédio tbm muito atenciosos e prontos a ajudar, muito comércio por perto, não precisa utilizar o carro, espero voltar nas próximas férias.

Apartamento e áreas do hotel iguais mostradas na foto, espaçoso e confortável, pertinho da praia central, do shopping Atlântico, de várias lojinhas e supermercados. O Evandro é um ótimo anfitrião, nos recebeu super bem, quando voltarmos ficaremos hospedados com vocês novamente!

Pessoal, amei a estadia nesse apartamento, Bem localizado, na área central de Balneário, próximo de farmácia, restaurantes, lojas p compra, bancos, supermercado. Aliás, em Balneário é muito complicado localizar um supermercado, próximo só tem esse, Speciale, mas é muito bom. O Evandro é uma pessoa muito amável, solicito, fomos bem atendidos. O apartamento é equipadíssimo, tem tudo que você possa necessitar, utensílios de cozinha, fornos, máquina de lavar, ventiladores e ar condicionado. Tudo funcionando bem e muito em cuidado. Parabéns!

Simplesmente SENSACIONAL
O apartamento chega a ser melhor do que o anunciado, muito limpo e organizado. O Pessoal do condomínio é super simpático e cuidadoso com os detalhes e o anunciante sempre disposto à ajudar e fazer com que tenhamos uma experiência bacana. Com certeza irei alugar novamente quando retornar para Balneário Camboriú.

Foram momentos únicos em família, tudo que precisávamos tinha por perto, a 2 quadras da praia, apartamento bem mobiliado, o Evandro nos atendeu muito bem desde o momento da locação até o dia de nossa saída, as piscinas e jacuzzi são uma boa dica para relaxar após chegar da praia ou de algum passeio. Para nós foi perfeito.
