Handig ontspand plekje om het stad te bezoeken.

Het ligt goed en je ziet het van ver. Als je je weg kwijt bent en geen wifi hebt zie je die grote panda’s en vind je direct het hotel !

We zijn ons baby’s knuffelbeertje kwijtgeraakt en er was geen lost and found plek. Of hebben we het verkeerd begrepen en werd het gewoon niet gevonden ? Ze hebben wel direct een nieuw knuffel gegeven. En ons zo goed mogelijk geholpen.

I will visit to HK again this year, please work out something for me, or no more Panda in my mind.

The politeness from the housekeeping crews, not from the frontdesk and cafeteria.

Unfriendly, not helpful, poor room. Worst experience since 2016.

Location was convenient for me. Decent choice of food outlets. Easy access to the waiting point for Uber pickup.

The location is convenient within a shopping plaza, easy access to Tsuen Wan MTR and Tai Wo Hau MTR. Bus to airport is right outside exit.

A general feeling of dampness, minor damp smell. Extremely firm beds, suitable for those that sleep on their backs. I’m a side sleeper so I slept poorly. Probably won’t be staying again, a shame as the dim sum restaurant was quite nice

期待以上のホテルでした！

日本語を話せるスタッフがいて、親身に相談にのってくれました。 Donald氏ありがとうございました客室は広くて清潔。 USB充電口がたくさんありとても便利。リネン類は清潔でタオルは毎日交換してくれます。駅からの道もわかりやすい。繁華街までシャトルバスが出ている。空港へのバスはホテルの目の前にバス停があります。イオンや飲食店もたくさんあり深夜でなければ、何でもそろう。日本円の両替レートは空港より良かった。おすすめのホテルです！！

HP等の情報と変わっていたのが、ミネラルウォーターのサービスがなくなっていたこと。給水器なども、なかったです。

Niet comfortabel en geen goede nachtrust

Locatie

Niet service gericht: op de. booking stond dat er een slaapbank aanwezig was. Echter bij aankomst werd er gezegd dat de slaapbank niet inbegrepen was en ik moest bij betalen. Ik kreeg opnieuw een teleurstelling in plaats van een slaapbank. Kreeg ik een uitklapbed met een 4 cm matras. U kunt zelf snappen hoe comfortabel dit sliep. Misschien was het beter geweest om op het zachte tapijt te slapen en had ik een betere nachtrust

Gezellig en gemakkelijk

De ligging is perfect om zowel aan de ene kant als aan de andere kant alleen met het openbaar vervoer te gaan.

Jammer was de zwembad nog niet open bij 28graden.

หลายๆอย่างเริ่มมีสภาพเก่า เดินไปสถานี MTR ค่อนข้างไกล

街中にあり、外に出ると香港！という雰囲気が味わえる。下の階に商業施設があり、ショップやレストランがあって便利です◎セブンやイオンがあって買い出しには困りません！

設備が古いのか、浴室がまぁまぁ古くて汚かった前の人が使ったゴミがのこっていた。

Need improve in service.

In good location. Easy to find meals, supermarket, MTR, bus stop around the area.

- Need more tissue in the unit. - The staff didn’t clean the plate and utensil properly after being used. - A lot of water drop to the floor beside the bathtub. - Clean the room just once in every 2 days. - Need more variation in breakfast. Almost the same everyday.

Never come across so dirty hotel. Found out that below the bed never vacuum b4. Inch thick of dust. Toilet oso full of stain and urine smell. Meaning housekeeping didn't clean up after the last customer check out

Location is convenient and easy access to everything. The hotel floor was very quiet. Great customer service!

The aircon was a little too cold. They tried to fix it twice but that's ok. I worked around the level of fan blowing.

Superb staff - thanks for a great stay!

Staff were excellent, very helpful and nothing was too much to ask.

The level of cleanliness in the room was ok, but not spotless - room for improvement here, but it still felt clean enough to stay comfortably. Could probably do with a refurb and slightly more attention to detail on the cleaning

The concierge didn't speak English, which is ridiculous for Hong Kong. He caused me many problems and finally he forgot to book me a taxi, so I nearly missed my flight.

I made a good choice in picking this hotel. I will come back again.

The location is surrounded by many cafe n restaurants. Very convenient to get food. Getting around the city or airport with MTR is convenient too.

It's time to upgrade the room. The price of the room reflects the condition of the room.

The breakfast was very poor, not clean the room every day, no drinking water, frigobar empty! One double room two nights more the 8000 HKD!

Do not stay here! This hotel doesn’t enforce no smoking in the rooms and we had to switch rooms three times to get one t

The wedding venue. We were there for a wedding.

The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. This was to be a non smoking property but the first two rooms we were put in smelt like an ash tray. The one we did stay in they sprayed with air freshener but it still faintly smelt of smoke when we woke up. Another friend had the same problem. The no smoking rule is not being enforced. This hotel is also run down and not a four star hotel, it hardly even is a three star one.

Rooms are dated and not very clean. First room I got had a terrible cigarette smell; replacement room had a broken showerhead. Third and final room was acceptable.
