Immer wieder gerne!

Frühstück, Personal und Service!

Leider war das Bad, sprich die Badewanne schwer zum einsteigen und der Fußboden zu rutschig. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Einstiegshilfe für die Badewanne und rutschfeste Matte für den Fußboden.

Δεν θέλω να το θυμάμαι

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι στρατηγική, κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο. Είναι ωραίο μέσα, με κάποιον παλιομοδίτικο τρόπο. Το μπάνιο μεγάλο και πολυτελές. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό - όσο μπόρεσα να κρίνω (δείτε τα "μείον")

Θυμίζω ότι μιλάμε για πεντάστερο ακριβό ξενοδοχείο! Το δωμάτιο μικρό, με εργονομικά προβλήματα. Η θέση της βαλίτσας πρακτικά μπλόκαρε τον διάδρομο. Το κρεβάτι σχετικά μικρό και όχι πολύ αναπαυτικό. Η μοκέτα στο πάτωμα βρώμικη. Τα μάρμαρα στην ντουζιέρα ήταν κάπως γλυστερά. Το τρομερό ήταν: 8 το πρωί (Κυριακή!) μπήκε ο καθαριστής στο δωμάτιο, μας τρόμαξε, και έφυγε με ένα γρήγορο συγνώμη. Περιέργως ξαναμπούκαρε στις 9. Και μετά στις 11. Το checkout ήταν στις δώδεκα!!! Στη ρεσεψιον μας είπε ο υπέυθυνος οτι δεν ήταν δικό του λάθος αλλά, τέλος πάντων, συγνώμη. Αυτό ήταν όλο! 1. Είχα ξενυχτήσει το προηγούμενο βράδυ. Την Κυριακή φύγαμε για ολοήμερο ταξίδι επιστροφής. Από το απότομο και πρόωρο ξύπνημα όλο το πρωί ανακατευόμουνα, και συνήλθα κάπως αφού λαγοκοιμήθηκα στο τρένο. Γι αυτό και δεν μπόρεσα να φάω το πρωινό μου. Η μέρα της επιστροφής μου ήταν εφιαλτική. 2. Βρίσκω εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματική την αντίδρασή τους! Το λιγότερο που θα μπορούσαν να κάνουν ήταν κάποιο refund. Πληρώσαμε ένα σκασμό λεφτά για να ευχαριστηθούμε την τελευταία μέρα διακοπών και να ξεκινήσουμε ξεκούραστοι την επιστροφή μας και αντίθετα, μας κατέστρεψαν την μέρα.

Schön aber in die Jahre gekommen

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum. Hat man einmal einen Parkplatz, kann man alles zu Fuss erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war schön...aber

....das Bad und die Toilette sind in die Jahre gekommen. Eine grosse Badewanne aber der Einstieg geht garnicht. Bei näheren betrachten ist alles etwas abgewohnt. Beim Frühstück ( Standart bekommt man auch so im jedem 4* Hotel) stimmt das Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht.

Schickes Hotel mit gemütlichen Zimmern und erstklassigem Frühstück

Sehr schickes Hotel, toll gelegen in der Innenstadt. Netter Fitnessraum mit Fernseher. Gemütliches Zimmer und ein erstklassiges Frühstück.

Pool etwas klein und durch die ovale Form etwas unpraktisch, um darin Bahnen schwimmen zu können.

Amazing location for a short stay

The staff were amazing on arrival on offering options to eat and things to see around town. The bar staff were punctual, as soon as we sat down we had drinks, and the whole hotel is kept up to a high quality standard.

Breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was.

Gorgeous building in a fantastic location. Room was beautifully decorated with many original features

Huge construction site outside the front of the hotel which we were not made aware of. This was directly outside of our window. Work started before 8am some days. No parking onsite. Parking nearby very difficult due to limited spaces Air conditioning in room did not work. There were no fans available from reception and it was very hot. My husband was unable to sleep during our stay

I had a high expecation on 5 star, autograph collection and but it was quite disapointing

lobby space was nice, shoe cleaning machine besides elevator. additional menu available for breakfast.

room was small, no place to put luggage. old bath room and yellow lighting is not pleasant. breakfast buffet area was too small to serve comfortably. hard to read the each menu of the breakfast.

A decent stay in lovely Dresden.

Perfect location to explore the beautiful historical centre of Dresden. Friendly and smooth check-in (but really still filling in forms at the reception?!). Lovely breakfast. Good beds. The first hotel where our dog received a decent bed and a snack.

The bathroom desperately needed some love. We had an oversized whirlpool bath. Nice, but the visible sides of the bath were nasty! also the bathroom furniture was partly broken and the marble was cracked. The airconditioning system was a bit old fashioned as well, so we woke up in a steamy hot room.
