Für einen Städteripp

ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr aufmerksamer Service, Zimmer ansprechend eingerichtet und ausreichend groß, sehr freundliches Personal, Innenstadt sowie Zoo am Meer und Klimahaus sind fußläufig zu erreichen, Parkplatz direkt am Haus

Klasse Hotel mit Parkhaus direktem Zugang, so dass man die Fahrräder dort auch unterstellen konnte!

Tolles Bett, Minibar, Kaffeemaschine +Wasserkocher-das finde ich immer toll! Die Sauna war auch super, nur ein wenig spärlich beleuchtet :-( Sehr freundliches Personal!!!

Alles klasse-schon lange nicht mehr soooo zufrieden gewesen!!!!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet.Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Das Frühstück ist echt toll,da alles ganz frisch zubereitet wird.Sogar der Fruchtsalat.

Wir waren nun schon das zehnte mal hier und es ist jedes mal super. Die Lage, die Zimmer, der Preis : es stimmt einfach alles. Ich hatte Geburtstag und habe sogar einen Kuchen und ein Ständchen von den Angestellten bekommen. Besser geht eigentlich gar nicht!!! Wie immer : 10 Punkte

As always, a great hotel to stay at if you are visiting the Black Forest.

Central Hotel is always excellent. Jutta and Ronan are fantastic hosts and made our group of feel super welcome. The hotel is lovely, clean and modern, parking is excellent and breakfast is very good.

Road trip stop over

We stayed here for one night on our road trip to Slovenia. We were upgraded to a suite which was superb. Breakfast was excellent.

Superb

Staff very nice and kind. Very convenient parking place, included in the room price, covered, and directly connected to the hotel lobby. Room very quiet and comfortable. Location fairly close to downtown (too bad that Schwenningen has no downtown to speak of). The whole building and structure seems to be quite new and in good shape. Very good quality/price ratio.

As in most german hotels, the bathroom has no real door and gives you no privacy.

The staff is something I have never seen before: extremely nice, straggling to help, with an endless smile. No staff in no hotel ever behaved like them. It looks like the owner of the hotel has a very friendly and human agenda, and he passes it to his staff. For that only I give 10. The hotel itself is cute, intinimc, and well located. Clean and organized. But the staff, ho the staff. I would love to have that stuff in any hotel.

the staff was kind

the hall had an odor.. I had to walk my luggage through the breakfast area to get to my room. Tissues felt like I should be writing on them for paper rather than using them on my nose. The breakfast was meager. Maybe it was just me, but my experience definitely didn't match the other reviews I read.

The best hotel

One of the best hotels that we have stayed in. Location of the hotel is central and apt to its name. Very clean, quiet and spacious room. The hotel staff are very friendly and make your stay a pleasant experience. We were offered late check-out at no extra cost. Sheltered parking is available right in front of the hotel entrance.

Fantastic family owned hotel. Great staff. Highly recommended.

This is a really excellent hotel in the centre of Schwenningen. We used it as a base for a motorcycle tour of the Black Forest and could not have been happier. The staff were absolutely lovely - in particular Jutta and Ronan (the owners) who went over and above in terms of customer service. The rooms are a good size, have really comfortable beds and excellent showers. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was superb. The bar and patio area was also really nice. The hotel does not currently offer lunch or dinner in the restaurant, but there are many good restaurants and bars within short walking distance, so this is not a problem at all. There is excellent, secure parking available for a very reasonable fee. One thing to be aware of is that motorcycles are not normally allowed in the parking garage, but if you speak with Jutta, she will sort if out for you for €5 per bike per night.

Fantastic stay with very friendly staff

Very good stay and I'm still amazed about the friendly staff. It's really unbelievable ! Breakfast was very good . Our room had a coffee maker, boiler for warm water, tea, cookies. Bed was really perfect quality ! Free coffee in the bar/lobby with cake. We could enlarge our checkout with 2 hours, free of charge. Perfect location in the city centre with lots of good restaurants. Sauna is also a plus.
