It was quiet, clean
I left behind my Bose speaker and I contacted the property manager and I haven’t heard anything back called them. 50 times. They found it and they kept it. I knew they not gonna return it .not going back to this property again

We had a fabulous stay at the Jai Mahal and would definitely recommend it! We were given a newly renovated suite (we were the first guests since the renovation) which was perfect for our family of 4 (2 rooms with ensuites plus common areas). The suite was truly regal and splendidly furnished, we could really feel a little bit like Maharajahs! Professional and courteous staff, always polite and smiling, excellent breakfast and food in general (Mr Aslam will make anything happen!), spacious grounds, great atmosphere at breakfast with the flutist and at dinner with the dancers and musicians. The Palace is a calm, peaceful, luxurious oasis in the middle of bustling Jaipur, where we were happy to retreat after a day of exploration. Thank you, we hope we can visit again some day!
If anything, at times, some younger members of F&B staff seemed in need of a bit more training (but we noticed that the fantastic and very experienced Mr Aslam was keeping an eye on them and addressing this so that it would not happen again, we guess). But this is nitpicking, to be honest. Again, we had a fantastic time, would recommend the hotel and would go back in a heartbeat!

The best service, amazing quality of property with a mix of both modern facilities and old style, genuine, Palace facilities. Was better than seen on their web site.

Everything! I have stayed at other similarly priced places but whether it’s the service, or food, or any other aspect, everything was as is expected from a five star property. Can’t wait to be back!
Nothing really

The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the staff made us feel very much at home. The chefs were very friendly and accommodating and service was definitely their priority.
The breakfast venue needs a lot of updating and a more creative touch in terms of the deco. Although we were given a free upgrade without even requesting this, the room we stayed was too big and far exceeded our needs. It also had so much damp that the sheets and our clothes felt quite cold and wet. This made it uncomfortable to sleep in the room, which was very unfortunate.
The hotel has a lot of potential but parts of the interior and the grounds require work to restore it to its former glory.

Food was very good but I guess a little expensive. One more small joint just for desserts would have been great!
Wifi for some reason was snapping off and on.

Beautiful palace
Room simple decorated, not worth the price. Pool was too cold and dirty. Food at Cinnamon was nice but not worth the price. Lack facilities like billard room, visit and guided tour in and around the palace and etc.

Amazing property, great food, excellent staff (esp Akash) and really an experience worthwhile. We spent the new years eve and it was made really special for us. The room was magnificent and stay was really memorable.

Amazing location, bang in the middle of the city. Great property with lots of inside space....very courteous staff. Good restaurants inside. Lovely landscaping and greenery
The new year party was ok ok...and at 13k per person a buffet never does justice. The performing band was very ordinary
The rooms are a tad small

Staff is excellent and friendly. Always willing to help.
Rooms are comfortable and clean.
Gym was okey, but would be better with dumbbells with more kilos.
For breakfast, would appreciate more diversity.

the ambiance, the staff, the food, the facilities, the location: it was great
The lights in the bedroom are really hard to figure out. maybe a clear instruction how to switch all of but keep a reading light on would be helpful.

Everything! we stayed at the property to celebrate my wife’s birthday.. Right from arrival to departure, the hospitality was simply amazing! the property is luxurious, but the best part were the amazing people - right from the security to the housekeeping to the people at the restaurants..

The property is really beautiful...right from the palace buildings to the garden, everything had a royal touch. The decor, paintings, designs everything had a story to tell. Really loved the hospitality and the food. Kudos to the entire team and especially Mr. Aslam, who served us sumptuous meals in the Marble Arch and Cinnamon restaurant. Overall 10/10.

Breakfast was excellent….even Rajasthani cuisine was superb…the staff was always ready to help!!! Very courteous staff especially Vikram and Laxman in Marble Arch restaurant.
I wish they have an elevator installed at the property although they just have 3 floors.
