Katastrophe

Mir hat überhaupt nichts gefallen.

Ein total heruntergekommenes Hotel. Für das Hotel ist sogar ein Stern zu viel. Alles ist defekt! Die Leute, die dieses Hotel als gut bewertet haben, kennen wohl nichts besseres.

No repetire nunca y por supuesto no lo recomendare

Desayuno normalito. No hay nada hecho en el momento. Ubicacion muy buena. No pasa de 3 estrellas. Instalaciónes viejisimas. Nunca repetire

No hubo nada que me gustase. Piscina horrible y sin ningun control. Fue una mala experiencis

Overall my stay was very pleasant.

Room was better than described on booking form and was located on the 2nd floor. The balcony was on the shaded side of the building and overlooked the street. Considering it was basically overlooking the side street it was relatively quiet.

The rooftop swimming pool area was a bit dated. There could have been a few more sunshades and the sun beds were not very comfortable. The restaurant was extremely busy and breakfast food could have been a bit warmer.

location is excellent and had a partial sea view

breakfast could def be improved and the cleaning staff didn’t need to call ev morn before 10am .. at least they were quiet and left when they realised you were sleeping!!

helpful reception staff and room clean. General location close to the shops, restaurants and public transport hubs.

Very noisy street especially in the early hours (Local night spots) and we were right beside the building site next door with the rock breaker opening up 8pm each morning.

Staff in hotel were so rude didn't want to know if u had any complaints or to ask anything seen a woman with a disability going up to reception to ask something completely ignored her could see it in the woman's face she knew another asked for key of luggage room threw it on counter at her

The location is very good

No games or activities for children. Little food and too little variety. Desserts the same, very poor. Most of the plates in the restaurant were dirty with food, even if they were washed.In the room, even if I stayed on the 7th floor, you could hear any noise. The door to the balcony did not close properly.

Central and comfortable breakfast was grand, lovely and clean.

Staff lovely and clean and tidy room. Bed was comfy.

Breakfast wouldn't give it to my dogs requested double bed due to my leg injury got 2 single put together which I fell through the middle insects on bed an on wall an TV cabinet was told cleaner would sort it out but said I wouldn't stay in that room again gave me another room yet again 2vsingle beds put together again

Reception, breakfast the bar

Food was not hot. Coffee was Not available after dinner, unless you go down to the bar and pay €3, Also “happy hour” consist out of buy one get one free. By the time one is ready for the second one the beer has gone flat. I would prefer to buy one ate reduced rate.

This was our second time here and not as good as the first time. Maybe the wrong time of the year to

Breakfast was acceptable with reasonable choices at the buffet. The evening meal was not the same standard, limited choice and often cold.

On a couple of nights, maybe overbooking, long wait for getting a table. At times quite noisy and inappropriate background music.

Location very good.Staff very helpful.

No marmalade for breakfast mixed with peach jam which i cannot eat. I only eat toast and marmalade so it wast only butter i could have.Didn't have a view for the money we paid not good.

NIGHTMARE HOTEL AVOID STAYING HERE!!!!

Nothing! I had a nightmare with the hotel

The fridge, the door (the card scanner) , and the shower never worked in my room, despite, advising the staff of this everyday. In the end I had to ask for the manager as the staff weren’t doing anything about it. I spoke to the manager and he was extremely RUDE and advising there was nothing he could do. I asked for compensation as nothing in my room worked and it cost me €560 for 3 night stay by myself which I think was way over priced anyway for the quality of the hotel.
