Very good

Excellent customer service. Mary was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure our son, who has a nut allergy, was properly accommodated. Thank you so much! It was greatly appreciated!

Music/noise from the bar area, which was directly below our room until midnight. The washroom could have been in better shape.

Great staff, turning a very basic 3* accommodation into a very pleasant trip.

La Stella is a no fuss accommodation, what you see on Booking.com is exactly what you get. The team however are exceptional, they cannot do enough for their guests. It's a 5 minute walk from local restaurants and coveniently situated next door to a supermarket for all your needs.

The rooms are basic, bathrooms are very small and in need of little tlc (although we did arrive at the end of the season, so i'm sure these will be spruced up during closed period)

Superb

Great atmosphere, staff very accommodating and happy to help, very modern, lovely scent in the reception and bar area. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Overall great experience.

Little details like a bath access panel being open which was releasing smell from the pipes or minor cobwebs here and there. Not a big deal though.

Really disappointing, the pictures oversell the hotel

The female staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful.

The room was much smaller than the photos on the website and the kitchen facilities in the room are very basic. The male member of staff who was there in the afternoons was very rude and made unprofessional comments. The breakfast had little variety and even though it finished at 10.30 they stopped bringing out food around 9.45am

Disappointing

the property is in a good location just a short walk to the beach and restaurants and the staff are lovely

I had a very bad experience unfortunately. I was given a room I didn’t book that wasn’t to the standard I wanted or had paid for. I got locked in the bathroom for 45 minutes and had to scream for help late at night. the barman came and did let me out but I was very upset to hear the same thing had happened to someone in my room the night before. I asked to change rooms in the morning and was told there were none available however when I showed them on booking.com I could have booked at least 7 rooms that morning they obviously had to admit there were rooms free. after a negotiation I got a different room but I was understandably annoyed. the staff are lovely, and doing their best but it’s poor service. I regret booking this hotel as they just treated me so badly from the start. the initial room I was given was nothing like what I booked and paid for and they didn’t tell me the bathroom lock was broken so I inevitably got locked in. just terrible what would have happened late at night with no hotel staff to help? I was so disappointed to also be lied to about no rooms available when I showed them on booking. com I could have booked and paid for 7 choices of room that exact day. very very poor treatment

The stay was great, nice staff and very clean place, nice interior!

The interior was very nice, everything was clean and smelled nice, cleaning every day. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

The shower didn't have walls which is very dangerous with the baby. Also our friend booked the same room and got double the size room for 1 person and our room was small with the baby and baby cot in it

Excellent facilities and superb host

The host was extremely friendly and helpful and a lot of fun, from helping us with our luggage to a taste of home made Raki! He also provided great recommendations on restaurants in the town. The suites themselves were spacious and well appointed. The beds were super comfortable. Didn't get to use the pool as it poured with rain during our stay but it looked lovely and the hotel bar which was very well set up and furnished, got a fair amount of use.

Parking was on the roadside. The suite we had really wasn't very clean, even for normal standards let alone new guidance on cleanliness around Covid. It could have done with a really deep clean and it really was not up to the standard of the other services at this lovely little hotel.

Cleanness or better to say dirtiness is terrible. They were cleaning room every day and you don’t see difference before and after cleaning Only last day they cleaned it properly

Comfortable bed, polite staff, pleasant stay overall.

The very polite staff. The fact that even though we had complaints they did everything in their power to make ends meet with respectful quality. The breakfast was very rich and tasty and the facilities new and in good condition. Very comfortable mattress and pillows.

The claim of parking on site is basically parking on the sidewalk. So, we asked for the hotel staff to keep a parking spot for us everyday in order to park our car (it is big one, and parking spot for us was crucial when we searched for the reservation). The sheets weren't clean under the UV light so we asked the hotel staff to change them. The following times the sheets were changed were very clean. The bathroom was small and the water supply was not that hot during the night

Bad

Nothing. It is supposed to be a boutique hotel but it's not at all despite the nice deco of the reception

Horrible stay. VERY NOISY !! the hotel is in front of two major roads and it never stops. Cleanliness is so so. Breakfast is disgusting (industrial food bought at the nearby Lidl ??) Shower is tiny. I had to ask for hot water in my room and was laughed at by the manager who had decided that the water was hot enough (it was barely warm). 140 euros per night for this place is a scam!

Exceptional

Rooms were lovely and staff really friendly. Especially Babis!! We also had a good breakfast included! Amazing trip and would definitely go back!

Superb

Very clean and comfortable. All the staff, especially Babis were very friendly and helpful cannot fault them at all.

Room, was quite small especially the bathroom. The shower was very small and found I was bashing my arms on the soap dish constantly. No kettle in room. Breakfast wasn’t great, started off okay, but towards the end of our holiday the food was cold, I think maybe a problem with the warmer.

Exceptional

Fabulous clean apartment and spacious.Staff are the best team we'd ever had anywhere!! The views from the balcony are amazing😁 Beach 10 minute walk and beautiful warm turquoise sea!

The apartment lacked equipment for cooking if we wanted to.The road directly outside was very busy and noisy. Also the bath had no shower curtain or screen so water went everywhere every time.But these were little niggles because we did have a good holiday.

Relaxing, convenient, beautifull place, lobby and pool area although full of light. Nice cosy bar.

The room/appartement was great, very convenient and well equiped. Breakfast was very good, not huge selection, but very good quality and taste

Minor improvements in the bathroom, as curtain Coffee included at breakfast was bad, it would be good to offer a local creatan cheese instead of gouda slices
