Very care and friendly hospitality.
The hotel is family owned, and the owner is extremely supportive.
The bathroom is old, small and uncofortable.

Anastasia is amazing, readily available to help, and very welcoming.
We loved the place and its cleanliness.
Quite uphill and getting around takes some time by driving

Frindly and very helpful staff. Very delicious breakfast with many homemade choices. Very clean room and every day room service. Room with endless view of the mountain and the sea

Very beautiful view above the clouds. The breakfast is one of the best we've had in a hotel, very delicious and plenty of options.

Decent breakfast. Kind personnel.
Room outdated and really narrow even for a family with 2 kids. No daily cleaning provided due to covid (why? Nowadays is even more necessary!). The tap was broken and the bathroom fluded. However, it was immediately fixed.
Certainly not worth its 180EUR /day.

The AC is cheap and noisy.

The stuff is very polite and helpful! I needed to change room for personal reasons and they helped me out choosing an other room without charging us extra.
Rooms are quite clean.
Breakfast is nice.
There're plenty of parking slots near by.
Beds are uncomfortable and they make noise even when you turn while sleeping

I like the breakfast and the location which was great. The view from the balcony is terrific. The folks working there were also very helpful and attentive.
The internet connection was breaking up. Perhaps this was justified considering the hotel location.

Nice hotel to stay in. The staff was really friendly and very welcoming and the room was spacious. A good option to stay during the winter time to explore the mountains though in our case we stayed to explore the beautiful beaches of the Pelion area (~30min by car). Comfortable beds and free parking area nearby the hotel (2mins walking). Good quality price. Recommended.
Facilities are a bit old and could do with a small revamp. Breakfast was pretty basic as well.

The first that liked us the most is the location, Especially the winter. The ski Center is very close to you, car is needed btw.The staff also is kind and helpful. The breakfast is great and is served during the pandemic on the lounge area from the staff.(Mountain view next to the fireplaces)
