The Holiday Inn made a wet weekend, much more pleasant

Comfortable one night stay.

This hotel was clean modern and perfectly suitable for one-night stay for me. The staff were extremely professional and assisted me with warmth. The room was furnished well. The bed was super comfortable.

The location/view from the room was not great. The cost was very high for one night room only.

Very clean, exceptional staff, great restaurant

At the time we were there, about 50-70 teenagers, from Argentina, were there. The halls were noisy for a few hours in the evening, but all was quiet by 10pm

Would have been quite happy with the stay if it was not for the two incidences that happened above it kind of made I’ll

Location was great and it was clean

Reception was been renovated, but that can’t be helped that’s to be expected for things to progress. Did not like the fact that we were kept awake and got no sleep due to children running up and down the hall knocking on the doors and early hours of morning domestic in the room opposites.

Nice property, but don’t expect much sleep!

It’s a clean property in a really good location. Close to the city centre with free parking.

It was VERY rowdy and loud. We were kept awake till gone midnight from people shouting in the beer garden. Young children were running up and down the corridor late at night. It kept me and both my young children awake so we didn’t get much sleep at all.

Five stars for a wonderful experience

The hotel was very easy to find it had ample parking for several cars. The rooms we were allocated were really spacious, you even get a proper full size wardrobe instead of a flimsy hand rail. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are huge for the price you’re paying. It was a really pleasant stay.plus the staff are super polite and thoroughly efficient

I couldn’t fault this hotel it was perfect and should definitely rated higher for the whole experience

The generator outside was too loud to keep the window open , but the air con wasn’t cool enough so the room was too hot

We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return to this friendly and well run hotel.

All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice The room was clean and comfortable Parking was easy, and free.

Overall, it was nice as a place to crash and sleep for an overnight in nottingham

Room was nice, the bed was comfy and the facilities were clean. The shower was good and the curtains meant we didnt wake up too early.

On booking.com it stated a Bath was an option however the actual result was that the bathroom had a shower only. The breakfast was a bit over priced for the quality of the fry up.

Friendly staff even got me warm milk for my 3 year old. Clean, great location close to restaurants and town centre.

Prob the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for a long time.

We enjoyed our stay and return there in future

The breakfast was superb but I wish it was inclusive of the payment for the room and not as an extra cost.

Normal meals served for dinner not just pizza or snacks on Christmas Day

Very pleasant. Would recommend.

Very clean. Lovely room. Staff v helpful and friendly. I have to eat gluten free as medical requirement, I travel a lot and most helpful staff in this regard.

Sleepless night due to extractor fan noise (or similar)

Pleasant room bar the noise, staff were fine.

Noise coming from an extractor fan or similar kept me awake all night. Two minutes on, one minute off, repeated all night. I would have had a better night's sleep in my car. Spoke to the receptionist the next morning who took my details and said the hotel manager/deputy would call the next day. He did and apologised but only offered "points" or a free stay, as this was a one-off stay this was of no interest to me and I said I wanted a refund. He said he would have to talk to booking.com to arrange this, that was 4 days ago and I have heard nothing from him since.

Not as good as usual but everyone tried hard to make it as good as possible

Staff are fantastic

There are refurbishments going in and my initial room had bad plumbing problems. I was moved without hassle but was just a bit irritating. As I said before staff are fantastic
