Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

La ubicación

En la recepción no hablaban español, cosa entendible. El problema era que tenían un nivel de inglés bajísimo y era difícil establecer una conversación, casi no entendían ni cuando les decíamos el número de nuestra habitación. Las ventanas estaban rotas y entraba mucho ruido de la calle, intentamos que nos pusieran una solución pero la recepcionista, de una forma un poco desagradable, pasó de nosotros y nos dijo que es lo que había. Esto ocurrió a pesar de que un mes antes les explicamos que necesitábamos una habitación muy silenciosa, a lo que nos respondieron que tratarían de ponernos en una.

La ubicación es bastante buena. El centro histórico está a un paso y Tolouse es una ciudad muy manejable. Además, la parada de bus del aeropuerto está al lado.

En general, está bien. Lo más extraño, para mí, fue que el baño no era cerrado salvo la taza.

No Aircon, no sleep

The air-conditioning did not work. Was so hot in the room that we could not sleep at all. I had to sleep with a wet towel on myself to cool down. When we did finally manage to grab some sleep, a leaf blower turned up at 8am and made such a disproportionately loud noise blowing dust around the car park for 30 minutes. A high price to pay for such a poor night's sleep.

Room very clean, bed was ridiculously comfortable! Good air-conditioning. Room i had was perfect for solo traveller

Not hotels fault.... but asked them to get me a taxi, which they did.... taxi charged me almost double what I've paid previously.... so I would advise organising own transport to and from hotel.

Only 5 minutes from Capitole...Hotel Le Cousture is excellent choice for your stay in Le Ville Rose.

Excellent location--less than 5 minutes to Capitole. Staff--Freindly and accommodating: Rachid at check-in, Amanais in the morning, and Silvije in the afternoon. Room 402: 2 beds with large, accessible bathroom with walk in shower, shower seat and hand held shower head. A few English language tv stations, including CNN and BBC. Although no kettle in room, hot water and microwave available in ground floor breakfast room.

PLEASE provide some thinner duvets

Convenient location. Bathtub!

Early check-in request denied. The duvet provided is so thick that you would think it's for arctic weather conditions, yet it was +14 outside. Way too hot with it, but too cold without it. Aircon was disabled and there were no thinner duvets in the room. The windows provide fairly good sound isolation, but there are bars outside, so make sure you have earplugs.

Very comfortable stay, well located for our needs.

Room was clean & tidy. Liked that we were overlooking the main street but it was a bit noisy late at night. Air con in the room. Bathroom was easy to access, good supply of towels & amenities.

A bit noisy late at night from the main road outside, but wasn't a big problem. Room was by the lift & we could hear other guests when they returned after us. Breakfast room is quite small especially when the hotel is full, very limited space.

Staff in reception friendly and polite on arrival and during stay.

Was awakened by loud music shortly before two in the morning, this continued for over half an hour by which time I was well awake and didn't get much sleep afterwards. Staff in reception didn't seem interested when I told them on departure.
