Sehr cooles und entspanntes Ferienresort - wer nicht im Hochhaus sitzen will ist hier genau richtig

Die Lage, das Personal und die Atmosphäre. Sieht man die anderen Wolkenkratzer Hotels an der Küstenlinie - ist dieses Hotel Luxus Pur und erfüllt alle Anforderungen an einen gehobenen Urlaub!

Etwas Nachbessern an der ein oder anderen Roststelle...aber das ist schon Jammern auf höchstem Niveau!

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel super länger aber nicht

In aller erster Linie das Personal. Super freundlich hilfsbereit nett alles in allem fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind groß, super bequemes Bett habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen.

Die Lage ist schrecklich kein Strand. Der Pool in unserem Zimmer dort war das Wasser kalt. Einige kosmetische Sachen sollten verbessert werden.

Не плохой, уютный , не большой отель за вменяемые деньги. В целом все хорошо, но местами уже видно усталость, что требуется ремонт. Завтраки не слишком разнообразные, но если останавливаетесь на 3-5 дней сойдет.

Бассейны требуют ремонта и общие, и те что в номерах. Плитка торчит с острыми углами, есть вероятность поранить ногу. Были в начале февраля, нужно учитывать, что пляжа по сути нет, из-за очень сильных приливов днем в это время года. Вода подходит под самую лестницу к морю. Но это не вина отеля.

Love the moment

The service, room and the location are excellent. My parents love the room and service very much. Khun Dada, the guest relation manager were really friendly and helpful. My mom forgot her scraf. I contacted him about it. He was really keen to help and organised it all shipped to bangkok for me. Again thank you very much, that’s really nice of you. We appreciated it alot. We defenitely visit there again when we had a chance.

We love the property and everything about the property is perfect. The only thing I want to share feedback is about the food. My mom ordered Tom Kha Kai and steamed jasmine rice. The rice was little bit wet and Tom Kha Kai I would rate 3 out of 5. It was not bad it was just because we are thai, we might get used to with the taste that we normally have. Moo ka ta was nice even tho the weather was obstacle to eat because it was so windy. If we can order and eat inside the room at the terrace area would be nice.

Parasta paikassa oli henkilökunta ja palvelu. Ilmainen kuljetus keskustaan 3 kertaa päivässä oli loistava. Aamupala kohtuu hyvä, ei mikään mullistava, mutta tämän reissun kolmesta hotellista paras. Itse tehtyä jogurttia ja paikallista hunajaa, tosi hyviä! Yleissiisteys hyvä, mutta esim. altaassa saumat likaiset ja rikkinäisiä laattoja. Hieman nuhjuisen tuntuinen siltä osin. Huone isohko, isolla kylpyhuoneella.

Allas pienehkö, n. 18x10m isoimmasta kohtaa ja vaatisi remonttia. Hotelli rannalla, mutta jos vesi korkealla, rantaa ei ole vaan vesi tulee rappusille. Kaukana Hua Hinin keskustasta, mutta onneksi ilmainen kuljetus sinne. Toki tällä alueella rauhallista, joten jos haluat rauhallisen paikan niin tämä on hyvä. Huoneet ehkä kaipaisivat vähitellen pientä remonttia. Kuntosalia oltaisiin kaivattu, ei huomattu varausta tehdessä ettei sellaista ole.

Great staff, great location but the resort needs a face lift

Staff were very welcoming especially staff called Tuk as he made our stay fantastic in his attention to customer service.

they need to update their photos of the resort, the resort is looking very very very tired and not like the photos.

很满意的位置，很好的服务，很享受的住宿体验。

早餐还是比较丰盛的，所有的服务人员都很友好，热情。酒店位置也很好，静谧的沙滩，附近小吃店也有711，都很方便，酒店提供到市区的免费班车。任何问题前台工作人员都会耐心为你解答，特别感谢DADA，真诚、友好，为我的假期时光增添了更加有趣，难忘的回忆。

房间有些设施还是有点旧了可以升级一下。

Very comfortable and relaxed resort with beautiful room layout.

Unlike other hotels, the rock is not a high storey hotel. Love the way the resort was built. Give me a very laid-back and relaxed atmosphere. The staff at reception was really nice and helpful. Answering every question we have with a pleasant smile. Even the chef came to say hello in the restaurant.

The room has a lot of ants in the restroom. The bathtub looks like a great place to relax, but seeing the ants makes you a little turn off. Also, I can see ants crawling on the bed. Housekeeping needs a little improvement. Would be a great stay, but on my last night, the housekeeping forgot to top up the water, coffee, and tissue in the toilet. Thought it was because we were checking out. That's why the housekeeping did not top up. After informing the staff at the front desk, they came up immediately to refill everything. They were very good at responding.

Overall a fab stay! Thank you to Dada & the entire staff at the hotel.

The breakfast is substantial. The hotel is very well located with regards to the beach. Easy & direct access to it. The hotel offers free one way transportation to town. The staff is friendly & helpful. The room was exceptionally appointed. Room 103 has a smart TV which to us was absolutely fantastic.

We prefer a hard mattress. Ours was soft. We stayed for 6 nights and this did cause discomfort.

It’s lovely place to stay.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of plants and the resort is beautiful. Great location with access to the beach. There are a lots of great spots for taking pictures around the resort. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to shopping malls and markets plus the local bus so it is convenient.

Bathroom’s door is a sliding door which doesn’t close completely.

The staff were great and very helpful 👍 within walking distance to Cicada nite market and Tamarind nite market.- also there was a nice selection of massage shops and restaurants close by - I highly recommend Tik's Seafood Restaurant

Other than breakfast the indoor restaurant was unavailable - you had to order food out by the pool - older hotel with no elevator or good rooms available with a ocean view and I booked months in advance - not sure if I would stay there again - not really sure if I would even visit Hua Hin again

Adequate hotel that could do much better.

The pool was good and quiet, circa 15 m. The young lady on the front desk, Noisy, was exceptional and very helpful at all times. She is a great credit to The Rock.

Constant loud music playing in the public walkways. I could hear this clearly in my room. The breakfast dining room is pokey and the quality of the breakfast was poor. No fresh bread.

there was no beach when property is advertised as beachfront. apparently there is only beach during the day in the Summer. there is no beach in the Winter. food was average at best
