The staff at the counter. The pool was awsome and the beatch right the pool. Room was really nice and cute. My mojito and the pina colada were great, also bartender was good

The facilities, room and food were good.

I booked this hotel with all taxes included. I’ve book in the past and they all either included all in the price or tell you pay taxes at the property. However, this place charged us double tax which in Colombian pesos for a national is a lot of money and instead of trying to give a solution they blame the guest. If you are a hotel that has been in the business for so many years you should be clear with all your fees in every platform and at least take responsibility for your mistake. Never staying here because of this hidden and unclear fees.

Pretty place, horrible restaurant staff and even worst location.

The pool area was awesome. very well taken care of. Lobby is very clean and smells good. Pool area was the best thing.

Room smelled like humidity. The beach is horrible in this location. Elevators smell funky and dirty. The restaurant knew about my gluten allergy and assured me what I was eating was gluten free and after I was eating it already, the came back said Im sorry, thats not gluten free. But dont worry we wont charge you for the meal. I now am suffering still the poisoning effects.

Amazing first night in Colombia!

Hotel Costa Azul was amazing! Beyond our expectations. Loved the pool and breakfast, especially.

Rooms were a bit dated but not bad. Some bugs but that happens.

Cozy and relaxing ocean/pool experience.

Loved the wonderful pool facilities available for both children and adults, the nearby beach with complimentary beach chairs and the proximity to the water. The quick response from room service is always a plus.

It can get quite noisy in the morning. Lack of surrounding restaurants and distance from other main city centers.

nice pool and comfortable rooms. excellent Wi-Fi speed

one of the 2 rooms was not ready at 4pm, the minibar fridge was very noisy. towels not in room, delivered only 9pm. outdated pool tower card system. breakfast was disorganized with sometimes long queues due to one person serving the buffet. why not to allow guests to take what they want themselves?

Our stay at the GHL Hotel

We really enjoy the amenities: the pools were clean and spacious, the beach was very convenient and secure. The room was nice and the view was beautiful. And the restaurant food and service was very good. I want to say thank you to everyone from the reception, to the management team, to the staff who take care of the hotel every day, to keep it clean, safe and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at the GHL hotel Costa Azul this past weekend.

Unfortunately, the first night, the hotel had a wedding event that was very loud and lasted till almost 3am. We're very upset because we couldn't sleep the whole night. The following day, we gave the management team our feedback and they took it very professionally. Hopefully, they've learned from this situation for future events.
