Easy transition for early flight

We need to stay one night to catch the early flight, and the location and the shuttle bus to airport makes the best solution for our situation. We also managed to have trip to city center with the free public transport given by the hotel. The tram stop is in very closed walking distance Price also including breakfast.

Værelserne fra rene og havde en god størrelse Gåaftand til lufthavnen

Morgenmaden var virkelig ringe. Luftigt brød og lidt pålæg. Dårlig kaffe. Personalet var ikke specielt imødekommende.

La literie au secours !!! Les ressort et les oreillers pas terribles du tout Il manque d’un restaurant ou une mange à produit salé Étant trop loin nous n’avons pas pu se faire livrer , pas de supermarché à proximité c’est dommage il manque pour manger

It would have been great if it wasn’t too hot

Breakfast was great, room was good, close to the airport

It was way too hot in there, we travelled with 3 groups in 4 rooms and they all said the same thing. Nobody could sleep cause it was too hot. We adjusted the temp to the lowest setting and it didn’t change anything

Nice location and clean hotel

Mostly everything was good, the cleanliness, the room size as i had requested a junior suite

The breakfast was good but the staff had delayed lot during refill, so this was only the fault i felt and also when i checked in the front desk staff said it will be free parking and in the morning when the staff was changed they collected parking money from me so this was just another disappointment

Memorable stay

Extremely warm welcome when we arrived at 9am. Offered coffee. The staff was extremely warm Gave us transport card for the entire duration of the stay Good shuttle service to and fro the airport. Loaned plates and spoons on request Very clean with good washrooms Good breakfast spread with long hours starting from 6.30am. Good connectivity to the city

The room size was very small and tight. Was difficult to open bags.

Great place for short stay in Geneva.

Cold but varied breakfast - everyone will find something for themselves. Shuttle service from and to the airport every 20 minutes. Helpfull and friendly staff.

It would be nice if they offered something to eat in the evening at the bar.

Wonderful!

The staff - extremely nice and super friendly! Breakfast was decent, rooms were absolutely clean and quiet! It is located right next to a tram station that takes you straight to the centre of Geneva! We loved it here!

I liked the staff in the evening when I had arrived on 28th August Also liked the facilities overall

The next morning staff on 29th August - I had requested staff for sanitary napkins but her reaction seemed a bit rude. I tried explaining to her but she wasn't fully paying attention to my words. In the end she did help me upon a realisation which was nive. But it did make me feel a bit uncomfortable upon her initial reaction like it wasn't important enough for her? Or that my accent was weird?

Good overnight stop over in Geneva

Easy to find from hire car drop off. Free shuttle to airport. Near to tram stop, that takes you into town. Free visitor pass giving family free transport on public transport around town, including the tram and the yellow water taxis on the lake - made it all really easy. Good continental breakfast. And staff helpful and friendly. And the room was clean, quiet, and met the need.

Not a case of not liking, just a shame that the room had double and a double sofa bed, rather than double and two singles, which would have worked better and been more flexible. But for the price, it more than met the need.

Personel proved their professionalism. They were prepared to explain how to get to the downtown, gave us maps and city cards which allow us to use public transport. General hotel were little bit old but everything was cleaned.

Great location, good breakfast selection, free shuttle bus was helpful, all staff were fantastic.

Breakfast selection was good and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and amazingly talented with the range of languages they speak, excellent staff.

The sofa bed was very small and not very comfortable. The room was too small and not enough room for a family and luggage and room to move.
