When COVID-19 shocked us in March 2020 and we refunded and/or changed dates for guests we decided to do a major remodel on the condo. It was a 2 bedroom with loft 2 bath. We added a full bathroom so it now has 3 baths! One bathroom for each sleeping space. We added the extra bath and the other modifications not to increase the amount of guests the condo can sleep but to make it more comfortable!

Professionally maintained Bullfrog hot tub on private, secluded patio that backs up to open, secluded mountainside!!!.
Winter 2023 we added exterior lighting to the patio area near the hot tub for ambiance.

The Canyon Racquet condo community is very unique. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to many amenities, the condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another and many are not visible to other units in the community.
