Beautiful setting and very nice

The property was beautiful and right on the river. Easy walk to restaurants, plus a very nice restaurant on property. Parking on site.

Limited fitness hours. 24 hour fitness would be nice.

La piscine découverte. Bon petit déjeuner. Le calme et le cadre.

Le personnel fait très peu d'efforts pour parler une autre langue que l'allemand. Pas de clim. Pas de plateau de convivialité. Seule une bouteille d'eau/personne et non renouvelée si vs restez plusieurs jours. Salle de bain:une baignoire avec un rideau de douche vieillot comme un cadre ds la chambre(photo passée). On vous donne une carte transports gratuite mais explications inexistantes...

Unser dritter Besuch und ein sehr schöner erster Familienurlaub mit Baby :) Leckeres Frühstück, nettes Personal und eine schöne gepflegte Hotelanlage. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist super. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher nächstes Jahr wieder!

Ein Hotel in guter Lage in Bad Schandau

Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf die Elbe und das freie Parken am Hotel, was in Bad Schandau nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Das Frühstück war ok, aber für 4* hatten wir schon wesentlich reichhaltigere Angebote z.B. Kuchen war gar nicht vorhanden.

Schöner Elbblick und tolles Frühstück

Lage am Ortsende an Durchgangsstrasse, aber durch riesigen Park trotzdem ruhig. Direkt vis-a-vis zum historischen Aufzug (nachts toll beleuchet). Grosser Parkplatz mit Schranke. Unser Zimmer im neuen Nebengebäude direkt zur Elbe, grosszügig, gut eingerichtet (Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank, Sat-TV, genug Licht) mit Balkon. Badezimme gross, Badartikel, Badewanne. Flottes Wlan. Fahrstuhl. Frühstück, das eigentlich keine Wünsche übrig lässt (viele Teesorten, mehrere offene Marmeladen, warme Gerichte usw. usw.), in grossem Wintergarten bzw. mit Terrasse davor. Spa mit Sauna + Dampfbad und Ruhebereich, Duschen, bis 21 Uhr, Bademäntel im Zimmer. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption.

Nur ein Zimmerschlüssel und der Gebäudeeingang muss immer aufgeschlossen werden. Schlüssel zum Pressen wollen nicht immer gleich. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Wlan-Anmeldung umständlich und muss ständig wiederholt werden. Dampfbad ausser Betrieb. Handtücher im Spa sind abends problematisch, muss man evt. nachfragen. Zum Spa muss man halt vom Nebengebäude über den Hof, ist aber nur ein kurzer Weg. Küche im Restaurant, heisst es, bis 21:00 Uhr. Dann ist man allerdings um 20:50 Uhr zu spät, da auf einmal letzte Bestellung nur bis 20:45. Schlecht kommuniziert. Preis/Leistung nicht ganz optimal.

Parkhotel an der Elbe

Die Lage des Hotels ist, durch die Nähe zur Elbe optimal für Spaziergänge am Wasser. Die Aussichten vom Zimmer oder vom Wintergarten bieten einen traumhaften Blick auf vorbeifahrende Fähren. Die beliebtesten Ausflugsziele sind bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es einen historischen Fahrstuhl. Sehens- und erlebenswert. Die Zimmer waren großzügig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage direkt an der Elbe ist super. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bad Schandau sind ideal.

Sehr gut für ein Wochenend-Trip!

Die Erreichbarkeit und Lage des Hotels waren hervorragend; kostenloser Stellplatz war gegeben. Von dort aus war in Bad Schandau alles Wichtige sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen: Marktplatz, Therme, Haltestelle der Kirnitzschtalbahn und der Aufzug nach Ostrau ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Frühstück war ebenfalls absolut exzellent, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt; gar leckeren Matjessalat wurde angeboten. Auch das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant bot sehr gute Küche an. Zimmer mit großer Fensterwand mit ungehindertem Blick auf die Elbe. Was will man mehr?

Von unserem Zimmer konnten wir leider nicht direkt ins kleine Spa gehen, weil unser Zimmer und der Spa nicht im gleichen Gebäude waren. Es gab jedoch dort einen kleinen offenen Umkleideraum mit Spins.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und individuelle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Zusätzlich haben wir jeden Abend fürs Restaurant einen Tisch reserviert, da die Küche ausgezeichnet war.

- sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, an der Rezeption sowie im Restaurant und im Wellness Bereich - gutes Frühstück und Abendessen - gute Beratung im Restaurant - regionale Produkte auf der Karte - sehr sauber - gute Wellness Angebote - gute Lage - Option die Zimmerreinigung abzuwählen, um Ressourcen zu sparen

- Bett nicht ganz so bequem - nur weiche Kissen - kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer bei 4 Sterne

Wunderbare Auszeit mit toller Lage

Die Lage ist zauberhaft, die Ausstattung ist gut, das Essen war köstlich und der Service freundlich. Man kann dem Alltag hier wunderbar entfliehen.

Insgesamt gibt es kaum etwas zu beanstanden. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmer war in Ordnung, nur hier und dort etwas Staub. Die Dusche hat leider non Stop getropft, aber dank der Badezimmertür und dem kleinen Zwischenraum vorm Schlafzimmer hat man das nur im Bad wahrgenommen.

A beautiful setting, peacefull and very pretty. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of choice at breakfast which we really enjoyed. We had a river view room. The view was absolutely gorgeous. The was a really enjoyable treat

A very high step into the shower, no kettle in room which would have been nice but didn't spoil our visit.

Great room with a nice view and terrace facing the Elbe. Restaurant in the Hotel was great so was the food. Included breakfast was fantastic.

For the size of the room the bathroom and in particular the shower was tiny - think 1/2 a telephone booth.

Luxurious stay at the Elbe, big hotel with great breakfast

Very big hotel with plenty of space for all the guests, we were surprised by how big the rooms were. Lovely view on the Elbe, friendly people (however some did not speak English) and very nice breakfast.

No kettle in the room for tea/coffee. No curtains and only windowblinds in the room? I can imagine that's quite unhandy in summer when the sun rises early.
