Centrally located and beach across the street. The room was large and staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and had variety. The underground parking was very good and safe.
Jacuzzi and pool could have been more accommodating. The temperature was cold.

Proximity to Malecon. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Bed very comfortable.
Being right on the malecon was very noisy. It’s nice to be close to everything but the noise can keep you up at night.

The staff was kind enough to give us a room with partial sea view for couples and we loved it. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were placed on the 9th floor (there’s 12) and we always had a magnificent view of the beach through our room and through the hallways of the floor. We politely requested for a microwave, refrigerator, and a tiny safe and the staff was happy to help us receive them. They give us a control for the AC and the TV with the room key right away in check in. The hotel was right across the street of the beach and on the same street contained many restaurants and stores which allowed us to walk only a few blocks up and down the same street for our entire stay. I also enjoyed other features of the hotel which were the jacuzzi, the pool, and the free breakfast.
If you are a light sleeper or get bothered by noises during the night I’d keep in mind that during your stay you will hear the waves crashing on shore very clearly and some cars with loud motors or speakers passing by the hotel.

Location and views from the hotel might be the only strong point
The premises need a hand everywhere, the place is quite dirty and staff doesnt seem to care. I stayed for three days and for the whole time there was the same dead bug in the corridor, it was never cleaned. My room wasn't cleaned until I asked for quite late in the afternoon. Towels were dirty.
The pool is very filthy and has pigeons swimming on it.
Rooms were not comfortable at all, and doesn't count with any kind of sound proofing so you hear everything that happens in the street.
Breakfast options are very very limited and on the second day there wasn't even a buffet.

large / confortable appartement with stunning view on the ocean and the bay, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with view on the sea and cheerful music 😀
the kitchen amenities were obsoletes and dirty, the pool area is very small and not exposed to the sun which makes it cold, the location is very noisy (people go to Salinas to party) but central. Overall, the hotel is under maintenance and I believe they are in the process of improving their facilities. the price however is not yet in relation to what is being offered (poor value for money).

The room they gave us after asking for a room with a view , was spectacular.
It was actually to big for our short stay.
Thank you for the upgrade, the breakfast was great, the hotel was clean, bilingual person at the front desk, we will be back and will recommend the hotel to friends.....thanks again
Everything was more than expected.
We were given a room with a poor view.
We asked for a room with a view, and revived it.
