The location. The staff were very pleasant+ helpful.
Breakfast was very good.
Good car park.
Poor value for money.Room in an attic with sky light window.Needs a blind.
Kettle mite be easier to work than the machine that. was there.
Wouldn't want another nite in this room.

Fabulous location - very comfortable room - excellent staff - good food. Nothing at all negative to say. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great location, hotel kindly upgraded our room to a balcony room. Can highly recommend, close to town and a really lovely place to stay. We will return!
It was quite warm, heating was set to 30 when we got there. Easily resolved though by turning the thermostat down and opening the doors and windows.

Staff were great, they were not only very helpful and kind but very proactive. It is the first time that I get an unsolicited restaurant booking and I must say that it was a great idea as I didn´t know the area well and I don´t think there were many available options. It was also nice that they helped move the car that was in the EV charging spot so I could charge mine.
The bed was a bit small

Location, breakfast and lounge area
No instructions for coffee machine, a small kettle would suffice.
Nowhere to put clothes.

Our stay was very good. Food was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Very scenic location and easy walk into the town centre.
We will visit again but would request a different room only because we found our allocated room while comfortable a little snall.

The location & the bonus of a room with a terrace providing outside space (With seating & table) for relaxing beside the river. Nice touch to offer the loan of binoculars for bird watching. Good breakfast & tasty choice on dinner menu. Great initiative to have a walking route printed on the back of the breakfast menu but the option of taking away a printed copy would improve the idea...... Maybe with some alternative routes added?
A 4pm check in is too late. Whilst the walk into Ludlow Town centre is fine for the 'Active', some less agile visitors might find the route via the bridge a little dangerous & the hill towards the attractions a little challenging if attempted several times daily. I wouldn't let that put people off booking this lovely hotel however. The bridge & hill have been there a lot longer than the hotel!

We had two breakfasts and a dinner which were delicious. The choice and presentation were excellent.
We can't think of anything.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms very clean, great breakfast menu lots of choice.

Booked a Classic double, turned out to be 'ariel' , very hot as corridor outside room houses enormous hot water tank and only window looks directly onto road and traffic light. Bad first night but moved to a Riverside suite for 2nd night, wonderful with views of otters and kingfishers, large bed and good shower.
Restaurant food excellent, excellent location, dining room looks out over the river with aforementioned otters etc..
Good location for town and walks direct from hotel.
Ariel classic double poor value for money, hot, small bed, traffic noise. A larger bed could easily fit in the room.
Breakfast sausages need to be browned! Fruit not a breakfast option.

The location
The place just feels soulless.

Breakfast had a good selection

Accommodations was excellent, as were the staff, evening meal was very good so was breakfast. Maybe a little more choice for vegetarians would be something to consider at breakfast.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything - but what stood out the most was the staff. So friendly and attentive!! Food was amazing.
