We stayed for one night to visit the area. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location of O'Sullivan's is amazing. So near to all amenities and transport links. you just cross the road to the beach, 2 minutes to the translation and across the road to the bus stop. LOVED the place.

Nothing. Everything was excellent. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The rom was clean and tidy and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Could only check-in at 5pm and no possibility to leave bags as no one present or joinable until that time. (Hotel opens when Bar opens) Dirty and smelly room (dusty and hairs everywhere), bathroom old and smelly, shower drain didn’t work properly, toilet seat chipped…Hallway was dirty with mud everywhere and light didn’t work on every flour. The hotel could definitely use a layer of fresh paint, some modernisation and it’s time to invest in new sheets and towels (all yellowish/grey with stains). The room had no tea facilities as adverted not even a glass. No soap. (FYI also no TV but that wasn’t in my room details so no surprise). It is not mentioned in the booking description that sleeping above a pub means doors banging, very loud music, and hearing all conversations very clearly, (quite some screaming and singing going on) and all of this until LATE (even on a week day in January). I expected some noise but even the provided earplugs didn’t make it better, however thank you for them. Am also not against people having fun but expected a warning when booking.

check-out instructions had discrepancies, booking said 10am, in the room mentioned 11am and outside written a different place where to leave the keys while inside mentions a different.. confusing

Great location, lovely staff

Location was perfect, right on the beach with the window looking out over the marina, great for people watching. Food was good as was the service, staff very friendly and helpful. Met a very friendly wood pigeon outside 🤣

Bathroom was rather compact, had to squeeze past the door to get in, shower was a minimal size, strangely enough there is no TV in the living room or bedroom.

For a holiday to enjoy beach side.

The accomodation is very convenient, closed to the beach (in front of the accomodation), having wide terrace where we can see the beach, and having own private park where we don't need to care for parking. Nice to enjoy a beach.

Due to it's above a bar, very noisy even at night time (If you like party, it's also good point).

Loved staying here! wish we stayed longer !

perfect location near Cannes. right across from the beach and in a quiet but beautiful small town. the apartment was clean with a gorgeous view of the beach, castle and water. the staff were extremely sweet and kind. my husband forgot his glasses and the staff looked diligently for them and found them outside ! though they had a party in the bar downstairs,t the noise didn’t wake me and the music made me feel safe and cozy. it wasn’t super loud in our apartment. they also provided quality earplugs. they also provided free parking in a spacious lot behind the bar which was a pleasant surprise. I would 100% stay here again. thank you Gayle !

Perfect for us and great value!

Perfect location right opposite the beach and marina. There was only 2 of us travelling and we enjoyed the events at the hotel such as the Full Moon party. We had no issues with noise. We asked for a fridge for our room as we were there 7 nights and they happily accommodated. Staff all lovely. Great stay overall and exceptional value!

Not what we expected

Good location to explore the area and free parking available.

Based on other people's comments, I think we got the smelly room. There was a constant bad smell in the room that we think was coming from the bathroom but didn't go away even with open windows. When we were taken to the room the staff also entered so I assume they are aware of it. Worse part though is that the room was not clean at all. The bedsheets were used (lipsticks marks and others), the bed header and side tables were dirty as well as the bathroom that had rest of ashes? We informed about the bedsheets and they acknowledged that was not right and they were changed. The price is understable due to the location, however, the rating given of above 7 is not very realistic according to our experience. Noise was not a problem in the smelly room and with the earplugs provided we could sleep.

Relaxing stay

The location of this hotel was perfect, free parking behind, right on the beach and in the middle of everything so no need to go out in the car. There are boat trips to a nearby island and the train is close by to get to Cannes. I did read all reviews before I booked here so I knew that the bar had music until 2am, we took our own earplugs and had no problem. I also read that the room was quite small, yes it's not a large room but plenty big enough to sleep and shower in. One review said there was only one plug socket so we took a double plug only to find there were two anyway. All in all we loved it here and would return if we are this way.

Perfect location ! Friendly staff .

I arrived and my room was a little smaller then we expected . We spoke to Gail the owner and she upgraded us . she is So kind and friendly , as were all the staff in Osullivan’s .

I’m not sure I would have been able to stay in the apartment above the pub as I like early nights and am a light sleeper .

A great find in a very pretty and relaxing village. I can recommend a visit to the chateau gardens opposite and the cafe

The location was fantastic, first floor and first line view of the castle beach and marina. I recommend you take the beach terrace rooms - you won’t regret it. The room was clean, comfortable with a nice en-suite shower bathroom. staff were helpful and had no problem arranging an early access.

Cold, colder and cold in the morning too.

Beautiful location with a balcony overlooking the harbour and the castle.

I had an apartment with a kitchenette and a big balcony just before Christmas. The weather was gorgeous but evenings and nights were still very cold. The only problem was the heating. The radiators are out of service and there is an AC in the bedroom that doubles as the heater. Trying to get the living room warm with a fan and the AC in the other room was a problem.
