Pierwszy raz mam ochotę odwiedzić to samo miejsce ponownie Było wyjątkowo!

Byłam bardzo mile zaskoczona 😊Bardzo przestronny i gustownie urządzony apartament z w pełni wyposażony aneksem kuchennym. Cudownie relaksująca strefa wellness z wieloma rodzajami saun i małe baseniki na tarasie z widokiem na góry dawały wytchnienie po wyczerpujących wędrówkach górskich. Skorzystałam również (za dodatkową opłatą) z masażu tajskiego wykonanego przez profesjonalistke o cudownych dloniach. Warto skorzystać! Było niesamowicie Polecam każdemu kto jeszcze nie spróbował.Przepyszne i różnorodne śniadania, kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Obiady również bardzo smaczne. Pierwszy raz jestem w 100% zadowolona z pobytu a bywałam już we wielu hotelach Chętnie tam wrócę ale tym razem zimą.

Wszystko mi się podobało!

Excellent choice to spend a great time in the mountains.

Comfortable and modern room with the amazing view. Excellent staff. The hotel is located near the lift to the mountain. The most delicious breakfast I ever had in the hotels. We had a great time here.

Pleasant one night stay with Spa

The spa exceeded our expectations, especially due to large space and number of saunas and whirlpools available. Also the fact that we were near alone in the spa, but that might have been due to the time at 8pm many guests are likely already at dinner. The breakfast sortiment and especially the staff asking about additional foods that we might like was super nice and unexpected.

When travelling just for one night you are likely to get the smallest room on the floor which I located behind the lift. It was not disturbing at all but, larger room would be appreciated.

I would recommend more alpine comfort in the interior, the hotel in some ways has too much sterile look of a city hotel. And those black-white photos of the mountain are very depressing, on the walls. Nice new spacious spa. Wonderfull Hot jacuzzi water.

heating problem in bathroom, was cool in reception they told that there is 10% discount to rent in the intersport, but in time of rent another women in reception told that this discount canceled...

Superb

A cosy and clean apartment, shuttle to ski lifts. Fresh food at the breakfast.

Wellness is not children friendly. I would appreciate a slot when children are allowed in wellness. Breakfast was too crowdy during the weekend - the capacity of the restaurant serving breakfast does not match the hotel’s capaciy. I also missed pancakes or waffles. Coffe (espresso) at the breakfast was very poor. Charger for EV is in another hotel 150m from this one. Apartments are equipped with dishware which wants to look artistic, however is not practical - plates do not fit well into dishwasher :) 4 big and 4 small plates just fill the dishwasher.

Large and new apartment with everything you need to enjoy holidays. Very modern design. Good breakfast. Very nice Wellness zone and kids are allowed. Perfect location to start hiking. Large garage.

Limited menu choice in the restaurant downstairs but it was after the season and most of food places in the town were closed.

I would expect proper burger in the Burger restaurant, it was good however it could be much better with freshly prepared meat and possibility to choose how well done you want the meat.

Amazing hotel

We liked absolutely everything! The restaurant downstairs was great, breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Wellness is simply the best! We especially enjoyed outside hot tub on the top of the building with lovely views. This town/hotel is perfect starting point for walking/hiking. We received complimentary ticket for cableway to get to the top of Snezka and back. Apartment was lovely and spacious. We will definitely be back.

parking places quite tight , which isn’t the fault of the hotel, but they should probably check on their guests to make sure no one parks like an idiot. in my case someone did and made it impossible to park normally.
