Location is great for peacefulness. Disappointed with property maintenance and not worth the price.

I think the location is great because of the ambience and peacefulness but hard to access by car and poorly maintained.

It was disappointing in many aspects and not worth the price. The management did not tell beforehand that we will be charged Rm40 if we need to use the shuttle one way as it is so hard to go back up and down the hill with your car. Cleanliness is very poor, cracks in the timber floor everywhere and smell due to fungus. We received a cracked and dirty teapot for our breakfast. Also there is only a few staffs running around to assist. Did not meet the manager at all. Also never mentioned Rm300 CASH deposit to be paid upon check in. once you are up there be prepared to have no access to food at all except breakfast, no line for phones and nothing much to do except swimming and bbq.

Unforgettable stay with my family members .. first and last time in my life. The building is so old, we are so worried that the building will collapse anytime. 😏

No one mentioned earlier to us that grab drivers don't come up and that each ride by the hotel will charge us 40 ringgit

This should be a nice place surrounding by natural eco environment, regret it was not well maintain.

The facility is too old... karaoke set can't use at all..middle night there was no water at all...need to call the owner the fixed it... midnight the fridge water leaked out all over the floor...the swimming pool is dirty..

super duper dirty the place is such a mess stains on all the pillow cases, sofa, jacuzzi tub body feels itchy after lying on the bed like it was never been cleaned before.

The pool is clean and its open till late. The kids love it.

There is a hole on the wooden floor and also cracks. Its covered with rugs but seriously this need to be repair. Some villas down the hill look abandoned. They should upkeep this resort better. Its the beautiful scenery and fresh air we are looking at here. But the view is not that great.

Terrible.

I was only pleased with Arif the staff there who helped me drive up and down the hill as the road up was narrow, steep, bumpy and winding. Not recommended to drive up at all.

The place was way below my expectation for the price that I paid. The rooms and the hall were dingy. The door knob for the main door was broken. The floors were sandy and dusty. The bed linens had an awry smell. There was no TV at all. The basin in the toilet was clogged and unusable. The roof and the flooring around the premise was broken and can be quite dangerous for children and the elderly. Almost all the furnitures were not maintained and dusty/dirty. Some were even broken. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Cool escape with tranquility environment dan close to nature..

Wow awesome.! I found that Staying at FT was a very nice escape for my families who wants a tranquility environment,very relaxing,close to nature and worth place for me to spend time with my family..

The long way uphill was a bit risky.. I personally will visit n have cool vacation at FT in every month if the road uphill better or maybe sooner visitors can park the vehicles at downhill and kind of buggy can pickup down there to the resort..

Staff tried hard

Main issue is the price, if you charge that much it has to be great and it was poor, staff super friendly but doesn't make up for such overpriced falling apart accomodation and really who wants to do kareoke in the jungle? Should have read reviews better. You can stay in any 5 star hotel in Penang for same price. avoid. And this is the worst hotel I've ever booked on booking.com just doesn't match description and price.
