2nd time staying at this accommodation while visiting Mount Buller for multi day trips.
1st stay had noisy neighbours as the walls are very thin. 2nd stay no issues at all.
Hunt club hotel across the road was a good feed
walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours talking, walking etc.
heater takes a while to get going, but once working it does a good job warming up the place

Nice clean bathroom
Our biggest and single negative feedback is that it didn’t have wifi. No internet connection made the trip problematic as we couldn’t attend to work requirements remotely. The kids were rather bored in the evenings with no internet connection.
We were not advised by staff that there was no wifi. Definitely won’t return.

Location to mount Buller, easy check in, large rooms
The Only minor negative was that there was no soap or wash products for the shower

We didn't realise that we had to travel to the next town to get food and drinks! The pub was closed for our stay there which was disappointing! Anyway we just went to the next town to get suppllies and have lunch!

Good simple accommodation, comfortable and warm.
Tough to find the room when arriving late/after dark.

Good location self contained quiet and clean with easy access. Only issue was the keypad lock needs to be replaced. Had to communicate with owner's representative to gain access. suggested to him stop fixing the existing key pad with a new one.
Easy access as above comment

This was fairly basic accommodation and we weren't expecting anything fancy. It was roomy, clean and overall pretty good.
What affected the lower sore was just that the noise from the adjoining rooms was rather loud -- either through really thin walls or under the connecting doors. This kept us up and would affect us going back.
The other thing was that it was a really hot day and aircon in bedroom was very high on wall and there was no remote control.

Location .
Was immediately cross and dissatisfied with the room. No verandah nor high ceilings nor sense of space as per photos, gross misrepresentation at best.
Rang owner twice, sent a text, was respectful but no call or text at all. Bad luck if we were in trouble!

good place
no internet all I got was just 3G on my network

Simply but well equipped given the only thing in town is a pub. Shower was great. Really like the bunk that allows teens to not need to share a bed. The view is pretty amazing. Communication from management was excellent including on finding and accessing the property.
Not a big space so you don’t want to be spending a lot of time in there. We booked one night through Booking.com and were then contacted by management that it was two night minimum. We could not do two nights so it was a little awkward. We did stay the one night but Booking.com needs to work that out.

Close to event we attended
Cost. End of peak season. We paid full price both days. Second night should have been off peak price. 1st October.
No ability to cook. Only microwave. We took meat to fry and eggs etc. unable to cook breakfast. Not as advertised. No wifi.

no reception and no one answer the phone call.

There are ants in the apartment.

Great location, super close area was nice with a good view.
No internet, wasn't told there was no internet. No reception on phones at all.
Bed were quite hard and the walls were paper thin so you could hear every conversation and baby crying between the rooms.

simple and convenient for us to go up to My Buller
little bit hard to find
3.0
- Decent size fully equipped kitchen
- Spacious living/dining room and separate bedroom for 2-4 people (there are one king size bed and 2 bunk beds in the bedroom)
- Conveniently located in Merrijig
- It's a nasty surprise the owner doesn't provide WIFI (unlike other apartments in this complex), and the place is out of nowhere so pretty much no reception unless you're with Telstra, which's pretty frustrating.
- The apartment is sandwiched by two other apartments on both sides only separated by partition walls and locked doors (meaning gaps), so how well you sleep is at the mercy of who happen to stay next door for the day, we unfortunately had family with multiple young kids staying on both sides on day 2, who got up very early in the morning making loud noises...

The location was lovely and we enjoyed the pool with a spectacular view.
The room wasn't really clean and I expected the room to be bigger for the price.
