Weird rules

You give them 3000 hk dollars when you check in and then they give it back when you check out. I've never seen that rule before. Also the non refundable booking makes it such a hassle if you want to change the date of check out. Even though we bought an extra day of stay, and updated the card key, it stopped working on our room door before the new check out day, so we're stuck in the room until checking out the next day or we get locked out of the room. Not friendly with English

Convenient and comfortable.

Much bigger than most hotel room in HK. Big swimming pool and nice sea view. Walking distance to MTR station and ferry terminal.

Not easy to take taxi.

the room was at little expensive for two-bedroom suite, expected larger room. Breakfast was average, very limited in selection. ok if you there for one or two days. location was a little out of the center but nice views.

Overall had a pleasant stay, will stay again when in HK if rates are good.

Spacious apartment good for 4 people of a small family. Comfy beds, staffs are polite and helpful.

No trash bin and dishwash detergent in kitchen. Sofa old.

My family and I had a very satisfactory staying in Hong Kong due to this hotel.

It's located at a very good place Someone said it's not, but it has two ferry stations that can connect to North Point and Central . This can save time and give another experience to us. It is also near to Whampoa that has some convenient facilities such as a big supermarket and so on. I will stay at this hotel when I come to Hong Kong again. Ah, the room is also big, and breakfast is also not bad.

Hotel lobby is not clean.

Bigger than a hotel room, but you can't use the kitchen!

Large space (2 bedrooms and a lounge room), access to transport links (mtr and ferries). I was able to get some items delivered to the hotel and reception kept the package as I was out at the time.

The kitchen only had a kettle, 3 glasses, 3 mugs and 3 teaspoons. The microwave and cook-top were removed, but there was a fridge! I picked this hotel so I could heat up some food / prepare simple meals as I didn't want to eat out all the time. I should have stayed in my original hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, where there were ample places to eat at my doorstep (unlike at this hotel). The hotel is a worn and could use some updating.

Best facility for small family.

One of the best locations to enjoy harbour view, very convenient to go to shopping and dinning.

A bed in main bed room could be bigger, but it is same size as another.

Rooms and bathroom are very tired, breakfast is not eatable, wifi is slow

Room layout is great for the master but a bit cramp on that other room

Aircon circulation position is not appropriate. Feeling hot even though air conditioner is already at full power at the coolest setting, true for Living, Main and Other Rooms.
