Mala experiencia en el hotel

Pedí que me devolvieran el dinero, fueron amables y me apoyaron con la devolución del dinero

Estaba muy sucio, al entrar a la habitación apestaba a húmedo, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y hacía ruidos muy fuertes (no dejaba dormir). Las puertas rayadas por desgaste, las luces del baño oxidadas, el techo del baño con moho, el cuarto se sentía descuidado y sucio. La ropa de cama daba pésimo aspecto (parecía que no la habían lavado). Hace 10 años no visitaba el hotel, lo recordaba completamente distinto y por eso decidí volver pero en esta ocasión me llevé una mala sorpresa al ver las condiciones del hotel.

Hotel in posizione ottima ma molto spartano e da ammodernare

Posizione

Aria condizionata da cambiare. Vecchissimo ed inefficiente impianto con rumore insopportabile e probabilmente anche manutenzione ordinaria da effettuare. Hotel molto spartano, vale anche meno del prezzo che si paga, che necessita di ammodernamento e dell'acquisto di nuove attrezzature.

Buena relacion calidad-precio

La atención del personal, disponible en todo momento y con una sonrisa amable.La recepcionista que nos atendió ese día tenía muy buena actitud, y siempre nos brindó solución a cualquier requerimiento.

En general todo estuvo bien, buena relación calidad-precio.

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel, la limpieza ,la seguridad todo el personal en general muy atento en especial una muchacha Stephanie super super atenta y amable siempre muy sonriente , en nuestra primera noche la habitación asignada el aire hacia ruido pero al día siguiente muy amables nos dieron otra habitación sin ningún problema , muy bien

they dont have enough parkings so you have to left your car in any place of the road outside the facilities.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Area was good to walk around.

Room had only one electricity socket and we were 3. Even though it was clear from the reservation that we are 3 persons, the bed lining and the towels were just for 2. Air condition was very noisy and stopped working from time to time.

Staff very helpful. This is an older 3 star hotel, close to restaurants and the metro. Excellent value. Recommended. Restaurant excellent for set, American breakfast with different egg options. Hotel is older type but reflected in competitive price.

Amazing location, at short walking distance from metro stations, plenty of restaurants and bars, gyms, and parks. However, the street itself is quiet and good for sleeping.

Wifi was weak at times and also the hotel didn't provide shampoo which is a small really easy to fix problem.

Nice people at a budget-friendly hotel

For a budget hotel, everything was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were lovely. Check in was quick and easy. The location is fantastic. Near food, shops and the subway.

great location, the staff were friendly. the rooms were basic but nice enough for what you pay.

Our only negative was that our room was always very humid and wet. Nothing ever dried and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and old.

The breakfast offered in the hotel restaurant was over.priced and I ate on the street every morning. Better food and a much better vslue.

value. Above. Yhe online description said parking available but the parking area was very narrow and the alloted spaces are too narrow. I will not be returning to this hotel.
