Katastrofalni izbor hotela. Najgora ponuda za plaćene novce.Recepcija na šanku restorana. Žena za šankom rješava svoje konobare dok mi čekamo ključeve soba.
Recepcionerke nam nije htijela nazvati taxi.

Renovation
3.5
Location is good for us.
Otherwise we are not whimsical.
The hotel was being renovated, so there was a slight discomfort associated with this. Nothing critical. The windows overlooked the road, which made it noisy at night.
3.5
The hotel is located within a walking distance from downtown and has its own parking lot (10 cars limit, if you come after 8 pm you’d most likely have to park elsewhere outside). It was reasonably priced (but probably because of the inconvenience of ongoing renovations inside at the time).
When the price is low the expectancy level isn’t high, so considering that there were not much that we didn’t like. Once the hotel is remodeled it’ll be a nice place to stay.

The location is nice, the tram stop is right outside the hotel, it takes no more than 10 minutes to get to the center of the city.
The hotel is under renovation, which is noted at the very end of the booking description, but it wasn’t described just how severely the place is being renovated. Dust in the corridors, construction materials lying around on the floor in the halls, lamps pulled out of the walls, wires sticking out, etc. Had we known the severity of the renovations, we’d stayed at another hotel.
The room itself was okay, although the water in the shower was barely warm, the doors of the shower weren’t opening properly because they were being blocked by the toilet and the sink and the shower cabin itself was very narrow.
The description also mentions free toiletries, which turned out to be two small one-use packs of shower gel and a bottle of soap.
Additionally, the cleaning staff opened the door without knocking first while I was fully undressed, which wasn’t a pleasant experience either.
Ended up leaving one day earlier than expected partly due to the poor accommodation.

The hotel we're undergoing renovation, painting smell and unpaved corridors and ladders made the stay very uncomfortable,

Clean cosy accomodation and friendly stuff

The location is very good, you can do many things walking, but also has a bud stop super close.
The reception is pretty, but the employees were rude, very unpleasant.
The place is in renovation so, dusty everywhere.

The hotel is currently in renovation at the moment. I paid for a double room which was expensive. They emailed me and told me they had to downgrade me.
I ended up in a single bed and didn’t not receive any compensation. When I asked for the difference back they will not answer emails any more. I work night shift so when I was sleeping the noise next door was unbearable. They were putting up plaster board, drilling cutting and hammering all day. In 2 night I only slept for 4 hours. Absolutely the worst hotel I ever stayed. They offered €20 voucher for the restaurant which was not even near good enough €508 for 3 midweek nights
I actually believe they never had any double room which I paid for. It was a scam to get extra money and put you in a single room

the location was good and close to the public transportation and a bakery
Currently the hotel is under renovation,

Clean comfortable room for a short stay. The staff is polite and always happy to help. The bathroom was cleaned very carefully which is very important for me.
This was already the second stay at this hotel. the first time everything was fine. but unfortunately this time the bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable.

Very polite and friendly staff.
Clean room with good heating system.
Super flat pillow (better to sleep on your arm).

For the price it was great, the room was nice, and the restaurant was great. The place itself is next to the tram so it can be a little noisy but it did not bother us. The young guy that welcomed us was so nice and helpful, the reception was really a highlight for me.
The corridors were under reconstruction but I would not call that an issue since the room and the rest of the hotel were nice. No real problems, but we stayed just for one night so keep that in mind.
3.5
Nothing
Staff was super unfriendly, pillows too thin, the hotel is being renovated so basically you stay at the construction site. Facilities are super basic (e.g shower door attached by a rubber band)

very helpful stuff
no slippers and bathrobes

Location & Nokia in the elevator
It was under construction

Very clean, modern room
Decent location
Good value
The ground floor (restaurant mainly) could do with a make-over. (Maybe it's coming, as they seem to be working floor by floor.)

they didn't mention that if you are going out somewhere and coming in night, the main door will stay close... i mean which hotel close the door at night .... not even any light was there in the hotel. it was 11.30 pm and i got so scared because they didn't mention it before i leave the hotel that i should be using back door at night. it was really unpleasant experience for me. at night this hotel does look like a haunted place.
