Tolles familienfreundliches Hotel - wir kommen wieder

Sauberkeit - Das Hotel ist älter aber durchgehend sehr gepflegt und immer sauber. Frühstück - "Spiegelei mit Schinken" ist die offizielle Begrüßung am Morgen :) Das Frühstück hat wirklich außergewöhnliche Qualität und wird vom Hotelbesitzer persönlich zubereitet und serviert. Preis / Leistung - ist wirklich hervorragend Lage - ruhig ca. 150m von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Somit zentral und ruhig zugleich. Ebenso ca. 150 m zum Strand Personal - Immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit.

Uns hat ALLES gefallen! Das Hotel ist allerdings etwas älter und hat recht kleine Zimmer. Wir haben dies gewusst, und für uns war das auch ok. Wer sich dessen bewusst ist, hat einen tollen Urlaub, da alles andere wirklich mega Top ist.

Das Hotel hat eine seht gute Lage, Nähe zum Strand, sehr nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und einfach, aber sauber!

Piacevole vacanza nella città del sole

Tutto bene, titolare simpaticissimo, gentile, disponibile così come tutto il personale Colazione super, locali puliti e ordinati. Disponibilità del servizio di spiaggia, che è a 150 m dalla struttura, direttamente in hotel. Tutto molto curato in un ambiente familiare.

Considerato il caldo estivo provvedere ad installare un piccolo frigo bar nelle camere o un distributore di bibite/bottigliette d'acqua al piano terra.

Empfangsdame war sehr unfreundlich, sprach leider kein Deutsch. Zimmer sehr klein und veraltet.

Ha Grado akkor Villa Augusta.

Fantasztikus ember Roberto a tulajdonos. Személyesen gondoskodott a vendégek külön kívánságairól. Tökéletes reggeliket készített, mindenben segítőkész volt. A kollégái is illedelmesen álltak a rendelkezésünkre.

Pleasant stay in Grado close to the beach, the centre and good restaurants

The staff are very friendly and helpful making you feel welcome all the time. The bed is comfortable, shower hot and the balcony pleasant. The hotel has an elevator for easy access to the upper floors and the after 22:00 access is easy with a key card via the elevator.

The room has air conditioning but it didn’t work. Every time I tried to turn it on it had an error code.

Posizione eccellente. Staff caloroso e informale, ma assolutamente professionale. Il proprietario ti fa sentire a casa. Colazione ottima e varia - menzione speciale per la macchinetta del caffè: avveniristica ma dall'utilizzo semplicissimo e il caffè è da gourmet.. Bravi!

Familiäres Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet, dadurch dass das Hotel etwa 50 Meter von der Straße zurückversetzt ist, sehr ruhig, mit Blick auf den hauseigenen kleinen Park. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist außerdem ein großer, wunderschöner, schattiger Park, dahinter blinzelt das Meer (je nach Zimmer) durch. Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand. Zwar etwas außerhalb von der Stadt, aber Geschäfte und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr gute Pizza zum Mitnehmen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Stadtzentrum in 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Chef ist sehr präsent und bemüht (Neuübernahme)

Overall nice place to stay one night to discover GRado

Location is very central and with provided parking place it is nice bonus. Beach is 100m away. Consider that it could be noisy in case of some events in the beach. Breakfast was very good and various (not coffee + croissants style).

Room is quite small and needs some refreshment.

2 Amazing days

The pets are allowed!. We traveled with our cat and they gift us food. The room was fine, we had a balcony with a view to the park and the sea. The breakfast is very complete. We went by car but since we didn't book the parking, so we had to use the municipal parking lot (which was cheaper). The staff is very friendly

Friendly atmosphere, great location, comfortable stay, very affordable. Excellent value for your money.

The owners are lovely people. They made us feel so at home. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved being able to sit on the balcony facing their beautiful garden. The breakfast room was charming and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Gluten free bread and even gluten free sweets were available upon request. Located right at the beach and close to town.

The hotel was very nice,the rooms is also good,small but its enough for two. The breakfast was absolutly perfect,with eggs,ham,cheese,vegetables,fruits and sweets.The breads were every morning warm and crisp.Perfect! Location is in front of the main gate of the beach,and a few steps from the pedestrian street.Close to everything but in a silent area. Parking is available in front of the hotel ,private or on the street as well( same fee).

Room was clean and was cleaned daily (and we were not disturbed when we were in the room at the time of the cleaning - although there was no sign to put on the doorknob). The staff was very kind and helpful, tickets for the beach were available for a discount price. As I understand the hotel is under new management with the right approach to business. Location is perfect.

No-frills but all you need. And the staff is awesome!

The staff was fantastic. Prior to our arrival, they sent messages confirming my request for two beds and about local road closures due to a triathlon. The breakfast room is light and airy and the reserved tables are a nice touch. There were a variety of pastry selections and eggs and bacon for those who want something warm. The shower in our room had probably the best water pressure I've experienced in all of Europe! It's no-frills but everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is room to unpack and plenty of hangars. The clothesline outside the window is perfect for damp towels. The hotel is directly across from a park, adjacent to an entrance to the (paid access) beach, and 50m from the pedestrian area. And did I mention the staff ... ?

The room was even more utilitarian than I expected. It was clean and reasonably comfortable, but it felt reminiscent of a dorm room.

Staff was really friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Room was clean and cleaned every day. The hotel has a great location between Grado center and dog friendly beach.

We had problems because of a storm a week before with Wi-fi and had to wait to be fixed the whole week. Breakfast was also a bit spartan with not that many choices. You can hear all noise from other rooms and from outside the room.
