Appartamento molto spazioso e con vista panoramica sul mare. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente. La signora Rosy merita una citazione per capacità e simpatia. Vacanza da ripetere.

Comodo,pulito e spazioso

Brilliant comfortable one bedroom apartment with a great location.

Email from host 2 days before to tell us how to open the lock box to locate the key and room number). Location and cleanliness excellent. Room 402 had an amazing view and so close to the beach (we know the area however we’re surprised the property was so much closer to the beach than expected). Not noisy at night and lift to all floors. Rosa was very pleasant cleaning on Mondays, Thurs and Saturdays. Host/Rosa left us a bottle of fizz as it was our anniversary complete with rose petals for a bit of romance (very kind as we never requested anything apart from putting 2 single beds together to make a double). 2 beers, 2 waters, 2 cokes and a basket of fruit left for our arrival as well as toiletries and toilet rolls for the whole stay. Reception staff very good as checked in with them at Sol Mar (just down the road) the next day to pay for our stay. Departure also easy. Would definitely book again without hesitation.

Just one point, no air con but the property did have a fan. If the fan was plugged into an extension lead night-time temperatures would have been slightly more comfortable but this cant be helped in the height of Summer. This did not spoil our enjoyment of the apartment whatsoever so just an observation.

The location of the apartment is very good. It was spotless clean. thanks to the amazing cleaner, Rosy. The accommodation is well equipped, very spacious and has the beautiful ocean view.

The apartment overlooks the beach, plenty going on, but still quiet which we appreciated.

Overall a stress-free stay which we would definitely come back to =)

Location is very near the beach. Amazing view from the balcony, exactly as seen in photos. Jackie was very nice to offer us a late check out when she knew our departure time.

Bedrooms have only one window. A fan in each room would be great.

Perfect holiday!!!

Rosita and Jackie treat us like family, the place was very clean,bigger than the photos and we had everything what we needed for a perfect holiday. Thank you for everything, definitely we will come back.

Great value for money.

Great location, literally 1 minute from the beach. Lots of restaurants around. Host very good contact. Now has fans in the room. Great facilities at a great price.

Fairly noisy as you'd expect with a apartment in the centre. The noise stops around 12 at night.

Beautiful stay

Perfect place for South Tenerife.

Really funky apartment near to everything but not in crazy tourist area. Perfect for those who want value but don't want to compromise on the experience. Also seemed much bigger than I was expecting.

Large comfy apt

Both host Jackie which is very friendly and polite person and cleaning staff Rossie (keeps this place perfectly clean and tidy) make our stay a great experience!

Windows locks need repair but apt was located on 2nd floor so it wasnt a big issue.

Spacious apartment at a perfect location

The apartment was very spacious including a spacious balcony and the location was perfect. You can reach all the facilities in Los Cristianos easily by foot. Furthermore, Rosy was very friendly and cleaned the room very well. For sure a recommendation!

Everything was great. The view is the best thing 😍 near to a lot of restaurants, coffe shops, stores, etc.

All was perfect but I could suggest a hair dryer and an iron :)

Room with a view, not great for sleeping.

Location and view are unbeatable. Fabulous terrace. Right in the centre but quiet (we were 4th floor). Communication with Jackie was easy and he was very helpful.

Extremely hot at night with no air-conditioning and no outside window in bedroom. Beds were too hard for us.

The location is amazing, close to beach and all restaurants. The manager Jackie is super friendly and really helpful. The room was really huge, nicely clean. There was good TV, fridge, kettle and all you can need.

Minus is wifi connection which is really bad. We stayed on the first floor and it did not work there.

Great location, good value for money

- The location of the apartment was amazing. It was literally 60 seconds to the beach! - The apartment was spacious and well equipped. - There we’re regular towel changes. - The communication from the staff was excellent and really helped with my late check in.

- The apartment is very hot and there are no ways to cool it down. It made my night’s sleep quite uncomfortable. - Whilst the apartment was spacious, there were little problems: the TV remote didn’t work, the oven was difficult to use, there were no cleaning products to keep it tidy. Whilst none of these were huge issues, they were annoying! - As others have said, it is noisy at night time In summary, the location is amazing but I’m not sure I would stay here again because the apartment was too uncomfortable at night time.
