The pros and cons are probably pretty even unfortunately

Bed was comfy and the location was good.

Massive old carpet stains, no sheets on the windows and it is easy to look straight in. So you have to keep the drapes closed even in the day time which is quite depressing. There is a pub behind the hotel and the loud patrons were still going on at 1:30am.

Great stay in Murray Bridge

Excellent!!! The location, the staff were so incredibly friendly, going out of their way to make sure we were always well accommodated. We even got a 10% discount when we dined at the restaurant!

Nothing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Murray Bridge and look forward to staying at this venue again when we next travel west.

Very good

lovely rooms, we had tea down stairs and it was wonderful food.

if the lift could open on time, waited to 9.15 . then did the stairs , as my friend need help for stair . it was a slow

That is our third stay at The Parklane and we would book again.

The Vietnamese restaurant downstairs was excellent. All of the motel staff were really helpful.

staff were helpful but could be better trained

told staff that my wife had moon boot after surgery- they advised that she could use the lift - problem was we needed to leave before 0900 and the lift was roller door locked until 0900 so she had to struggle down the stairs- never ever again and wouldn’t recommend this property

Nice and tidy. Lovely restaurant in foyer and hotel virtually next door.

Didn’t get the room I’d booked online just hours earlier. Bed was massive but separated in the middle and my partner got ‘stuck’ in it a few times! Room opposite had extremely noisy guests in it that kept me up until almost 3am. Fire alarm was sounded around 9am? To wake the guests up?

Poor house keeping

We stayed for 2 nights. No housekeeping, just a few towels being put into the toilet, but the used one had not been removed The lift closed at 9:30pm and open at 9:30am. We have to use the stairs to bring our luggage down to the car The double bed is just two twin beds put together, not comfortable

good for what you pay for

bed was cosy, room was neat. didn’t need much for one night so it did what was needed.

bathroom has a step and both of us stubbed out toes. windows don’t have a secure latch and wind was very noisy.

Filth and Understaffed…Would not recommend to anyone!

Carpet was stained in the bedroom and Hallways. Curtain in the bedroom had a stain that appeared to be dried vomit. Room had a door which exited onto the stairs down to the rubbish bins (Would appear to be a shortcut and fire exit) chairs were blocking the the hose reel in Hallway understaffed, the young girl working the reception was also working the kitchen as a waitress

No water to the room in the morning - no advice of this? - after hours contact number went to voicemail and did not answer back at all. No response to message left.
