So clean, quiet

Its in a good location, very clean and quiet room.

It doesn't look like a hotel, its an apartment complex. You will get disappointed by seeing the reception counter in the ground floor entrance, its not a hotel property. There was no bell boy; however, the security guard helped us to get the luggage in the room. The power sockets inside the room were a joke as its not standard. However, the receptionist finally managed to get one after some arguments at 11.30 night. Breakfast was not up to the level.

Respect, appreciation and good treatment are more important than everything

The cleaning lady is kind and friendly

I hated the hotel from the treatment of the receptionist, perhaps an Indian who was not nice and took a long time to leave under the pretext of check-out. He was screaming and looking for problems Bad experience I will never stay in this hotel. It deserves 2 stars. Kind treatment leaves a good impression This employee does not have it.

Mediocre with good location.

Location was great, 3 min walk to mall 28 and 10 min drive to most places. rooms were big.

There is no difference between the studio room and the one bedroom apartment. Both are just a giant room i.e studio. I was expecting a room and a separate living room in my one bedroom apartment. Also, description says there is a sofa bed which doesn’t exist. When I asked about the sofa bed or an extra bed as a replacement. They asked me to pay for it :(

Exceptional

It was very great hotel, staff location everything was perfect you would feel like home with kitchen and washing machine. Many thanks to Parviz night shift manager who made my stay worth it.

During July, temperatures are very high in the day. The AC must be fixed or improved.

The best experience in Baku

I've traveled a lot around the world for work, and I can say that this hotel gave me the best experience ever! - I lived in a huge room with panoramic windows for a very reasonable price - The breakfast was very good - Every Thursday there was a free dinner with drinks at the hotel restaurant - The hotel is even equipped with the free laundry for the hotel quests! - The location is very good - everything is close around - The staff was very nice and friendly Once again - I've never had such a fantastic experience staying at a hotel for work!

Large room with kitchenette, extraordinary location, close to everything, great restaurants and supermarkets close by, good service. Clean and comfy, helpful staff

There is a dishwasher but no soap or salt (you have to buy it yourself) , beware, if you brake a glass or plate they will charge you an absurd sum for it,

Not first And Not Last

room number 1108 was with the best view to 28 may mall, 28 may metro station and the underground bazar. All of needed services are around the hotel within less than 200m ATM, Laundry, Shopping mall and one of the must famous Bazars in Baku.

A loft with extraordinary views over the city

The location of the hotel is excellent for its closeness to a metro station, the train station, Mall 28, lots of shops and the Corniche. Staff is very nice and helpful. My room, located on the corner of a high floor, was practically a loft, with a 180 degrees uninterrupted view over city, a well equipped kitchenette, a couch area, a very comfortable bed and desk for work. I loved the idea of offering a launderette room where guests can do their own laundry!

In my opinion, the design of the entrance and reception could be a little spruced up - they do not do justice to what the level of services and facilities that the hotel offers.

Solo Trip to Baku - March 2023

Hotel is so close to 28 May metro station, which is convenient to go anywhere. Room come with microwave as well, which is not frequent nowadays and i totally liked it. Aside to that, room is spacious - I totally enjoyed my stay here Breakfast comes with many choices, though i think more options can be added. Receptionist are kind and helpful, though same with other Azerbaijani - i hope English will be spoken more widely

Good for business trips, a reasonable price even close to New Year holidays.

Good wifi connection. A very comfortable bed, clean room, quiet (no sounds from the street). I didn`t notice that the hotel was full. Very friendly and welcoming stuff. Everyone is ready to help. Nice view from the restaurante. Good breakfast. Good price.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back again.

The facility has a fully stocked kitchenette with a dishwasher and a cooking hob. Rooms are very spacious. Has a very big living area and a dining table. Offers free washing/laundry facilities (you just need to buy the soap). Hotel staff and were fantastic (Samira and Kamal).

We wish the breakfast was better and had more varieties.

Clean good price location far 15 min walking to nizami beware of penalties

This is my fourth time since it was staybridge its clean staff is friendly as usual

The morning staff the man charge me for 1020 manat coz the smoke detector is turned on while i take deep hot shower and the humidity reach the detector by mistake after this charge i feel that am not special guest as i was before i try to explain to the man who is in reception desk and for the girl but they keep ignoring what am saying and they insist to get the 1020 manat this behaviour will make me think billion time before i book again i never experience that ever in my trips all around the world

noisy rooms ..air conditioning is not working properly technician sent around 5 times and no result,, staff are rude i stayed 5 nights and when the lady call me for check out i told them i need few minutes as am leaving to airport they said sorry not possible out check out time is 12 pm I believe they need training to be flexible more with guests

Perfect unplug vacation. Will be back one day...over summer.

The room was perfect, with an exceptional view from the 9th floor. Room is extraordinary clean and cosy. Employees are friendly and accomodating. All compliments to the staff. Hotel is in the City center near to the coast. Great value for the money. Breakfast was nice as well, and the hotel restaurant has some nice meals to offer.

Everything was great.COVID-19 requirements...Annoying, but it is not up to the hotel.
