A lovely place for a weekend stay in Kyneton. Great modern amenities with all old world charm.

The room was spotlessly clean and preheated which was very welcoming for our wet arrival in Kyneton. Lovely fluffy towels on a heated towel rack and a high pressure shower were much appreciated.

The bed and pillows were very soft and not very supportive. It was great to have off street parking but there was no lighting which was a bit of a hazard on the very wet weekend we were staying and a little be disconcerting for my daughter and I at night as it was pitch black.

Overall - putting the heating issue aside - it was great

Beautiful room and furnishings

Insufficient heating. Strongly encourage installation of a split system. For the price it’s not reasonable to expect a warmer room.

Excellent facility, quiet and very comfortable.

Good sized room with an extremely comfortable bed.

The coffee table in the living room was a bit too low for comfort.

Our room is in the Centre of Kyneton and handy for any shopping that we required.

It was very quiet, Bed was good to sleep in.

Rooms where very much over priced for a very compact small room. There was only 2 dinner plates & 2 knives but no Forks, that draw has no pull knob to open the draw. Very hard to open wardrobe door when the string pull gets locked inside the door. Bath Room door wouldn't snib shut. Floor boards squeaked when walking around the room. No Microwave to heat a meal.

Absolutely magnificent-will want to stay again on next visit.

Comfy bed, central location, privacy, clean facilities, large bathroom and general pleasing look of room and outside. Great shop also!!!

Nothing to complain about except a little point -maybe T.V needs to be up on wall instead of beside bed. Slightly awkward for comfort to watch. (Although not much time spent on TV due to wonderful town sights and shops and comfy bed to sleep in.)

A lovely, relaxing place to stay - we hope to return again!

Location was great - central but quiet. Owner was extremely helpful, offering great suggestions for dining and other activities. Room was really comfortable, with lots of well considered touches to make our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful room, clean and comfortable, with some lovely elegant touches.

The weather was mid 30degrees, no air conditioning, it did cool down at night. No Wifi.

the room was spacious and well appointed , lack of WIFi was disappointing in this day and age .

Very central to everything. We will stay again when visiting.

Plenty of room in bathroom.Clean and comfortable bed.

There were motion sensor lights on the path when we came home each evening....GREAT! but not at our entrance door. Just a bit difficult to see the lock to insert the key. There may of been a light there and the globe out. We had a little look around but couldn't see one. Maybe it was there but we had a few nice gins etc. haha.

Poor heating, no comfortable seating, no table for computer or light meal, NO WIFI. Instant coffee would be more practical than plunger coffee.

A very Pleasant stay, The owner and staff were very helpful.

Perfect location, A toaster would have been good. Very good Interior, spacious bathroom.

Cleanliness, ambience and location were great.

Slight issue with traffic noise from main road but not major. Would have enjoyed WiFi but we coped without it. A sitting room may have been a nice addition.

Beautiful boutique hotel

Beautiful room, we loved all the little touches that made the weekend away special. The location was perfect for us, walking distance to everything we needed. We got upgraded to the king room and it was massive. We also loved how quiet it was and the porch. Highly recommended.

Beautiful heritage stay

Great location and charming building. Super comfy bed and overall lovely experience. Close to the botanic gardens a number of shops and cafes and a short walk to Piper Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Deck furniture was a little tired and could have done with more cutlery. There was no knife.
