About this house rental
The house has a clean modern design. It is laid out over three floors.
Hallways and living areas have wooden floors, bedrooms are carpeted for a cosier feel. The house has: easily controlled underfloor heating, a water softener and constant hot water.
On entering the ground floor there is: a storeroom, shoe storage and ample coat hooks in the utility.
The utility room has a washer and a dryer; there is a door to an enclosed back garden.
There are two ground floor bedrooms with zip and link super king beds. One bedroom has a wardrobe and TV, both have bedside drawers, a chest of drawers and en suite shower rooms.
On the first floor there is a WC and an external door for side access to the garden. This floor has one bedroom. This has a zip and link super king bed and a TV. It also has an en suite shower room and storage space.
On this floor is an open plan living area includes a well equipped kitchen, a double oven, american fridge freezer with filtered water and ice maker, Nespresso, air fryer, microwave , kettle and a 6 slot toaster. There is a kitchen island with gas hob and breakfast bar. The table has extendable leaves which can seat 12 people.
The living area is spacious and modern with black leather sofas and wood burner. There is a 65" TV and sonos speaker. Sliding glass doors lead you to a balcony with comfortable seating allowing you to make the most of the beautiful Solent views.
Outside there is: a log store for the log burner, a table, chairs and a BBQ for alfresco dining when the sun is out.
On the second floor there is a master suite with super king bed, spacious wardrobes and en suite. Across the way is a spacious kids room with a bunk bed and two singles, a 42 inch TV and en suite shower room.
One final floor more, open the electric glass roof and climb to the roof terrace you can see across to East Cowes, the spinnaker, Southampton and the New forest. Enjoy your sundowner on the daybed and then watch as the stars come out...

This fabulous house was perfect for a multi-generational getaway. Amazing sea views and a perfect range of balconies and roof terraces for admiring the boats and yachts sailing by. Everything in the house was top quality and stylish. The property owner could not have been more helpful and made our holiday experience run smoothly - thank you, Marian.

We had the whole family, Grandparents, Parents, and Grandchildren stay. The house easily accommodated 6 adults and 3 children and everyone had their own bathroom. We cooked in 6 out of 7 nights, so the huge kitchen and plentiful appliances were heavily used. We Bar B Q'd one night. House is within walking distance of the busy Cowes downtown. We found many different things to do for the whole family. House is as clean and modern as the photos show. Highly recommend. And Marian is an attentive and very helpful host!

We were absolutely blown away with how amazing this property is. The location close to Cowes is perfect and such stunning views there is so much to recommend the house/garden etc. don't really know where to start. Cleanliness, facilities, comfort all added to our enjoyment. We were a family of 9 celebrating my husband's 70th birthday and I can honestly say I couldn't have found a better property in the perfect location. The owner has thought of everything and the whole experience was faultless. We will definitely go back.

Our stay at this property was perfect from start to finish. Communication with the host before our stay was excellent and questions were answered quickly. On arrival at the property we were overwhelmed by how well stocked everything was, and the beautiful views were just breath taking. The decor was immaculate and the cleanliness could not be faulted. The close location to the beach meant an evening swim was the perfect end to the day and the short 15 minute walk into Cowes for morning coffee was a lovely start. Cannot rate this property highly enough.

Beautiful modern house in Egypt Hill, Cowes
Perfect for our family group - spacious very well equipped kitchen , large lounge area with fabulous views over the Solent - 5 bedrooms en-suite and the master was very special again with fabulous views loads of wardrobe space with a dressing area and very large en-suite.
The garden didn’t have a great deal of usable space but had a quality BBQ which was important to us and there was enough room for all of us around the garden table. Would certainly recommend.

60th birthday celebrations
Edenrise was the perfect place to stay for all 12 of us to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. Marian was an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble and she made sure we had everything we needed. The house is amazing, the kitchen is so well equipped for cooking meals for all of us and the layout of the room and kitchen means the whole family were involved with preparing as well as eating !!! and while dining you can enjoy the fabulous views over looking the Solent, there really is no need to eat anywhere else. To top it all the balcony in the main room and the roof terrace are set up with comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy the sunshine and views. Our stay was late October and Marian had left the bbq out for us which made a lovely evening for us when we all enjoyed an early Halloween evening together. I can only say if you want a perfect place to stay in the Isle of Wight and have everything you need including the most attentive host then book Edenrise you will not be disappointed… it was a perfect holiday with all the family.

The most perfect weekend away
The house is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Marian is honestly the nicest owner we have ever dealt with. She was so understanding when we had to postpone our trip last year because of covid, nothing was too much trouble. We all loved the house and couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Exceptional house, exactly as per the description but much more! The owner has catered for everything you could need. The kitchen inventory is vast! The roof terrace has lovely views. Incredible!
We had the most amazing stay for our parents ruby wedding anniversary! The house is fantastic and suited all ages from 3-66. The views are amazing and we spent ages watching the boats go by. Marian was the best and helped out us with every query and even finding a baker to make an anniversary cake on the island. The house has everything you could possibly need and more and we can’t wait to go back again next year!

Multi- generation family 60th birthday celebration
Perfect !! From check in to leaving we had everything we needed. It was so clean and everything had a beautiful smell - even the blankets for outside had been laundered. Perfect for large groups as everyone has the privacy of their own bathroom and lots of space. Marian was great and communicated well, she also left all sorts of things in the cupboards that made the stay very easy. Highly recommend.

Fab house with mesmerising views
We booked this house to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. We have had many ups and downs with Covid issues but the owner was so flexible and accommodating right through the process and we are very grateful for that. The house exceeded expectations, with everything provided to make the stay as comfortable and perfect as possible. There is room for gathering as a group or breaking off for some quiet time too. We will be back!

Prior to the trip the information and responses from Marion were friendly, prompt and really useful. The house is exceptional, all rooms were immaculate and decorated to a high standard. Location of the house is fantastic with views of the solent. We had a group of 8 ladies and it never felt crowed due to the layout of the house. Luxurious large new build house
Had an amazing time in this stunning house with a family party of 12 adults. There was plenty of spaces where people could get their own space and chill out independently. Plenty of balcony spaces around each level with cushioned furniture. Marian was able to meet our needs and responded promptly. She has certainly filled the house with all items you needed for the week (ice boxes, beach towels, emergency box (life saver for us) etc). The kitchen is extensively well equipped and we made the most of it during our stay. House is located in a quiet area and very close to a shingle beach down the hill from the house. Cowes is about a 10 minute pleasant walk from the house. If you want to relax in style then this is the place to be! You can stay in the house all day long and just watch all the ships, boats, etc from the stunning views. All bedrooms had quality power showers which helps and the whole place was immaculately clean. Wifi kept the young adults happy and the large TV/sound system was a bonus.

Wow, just wow
Well, what can I say. Wow, just wow. There are not enough superlatives to describe this property. Fabulous in every way. I doubt I will ever stay anywhere better. I must also mention Marian, the owner, who was so helpful all the way through. We were so fortunate to time our visit with one of the hottest British summers on record. My daughter had a great 40th Birthday and the whole family had a wonderful holiday to remember. Absolutely loved our stay.

Just stunning!
First of all I would like to mention Marion the owner. You couldn’t hope to meet someone more friendly, thoughtful and helpful. She responds to your communication promptly and efficiently. I almost felt that she was a long term friend!
The house is just stunning on every level. It is modern, extremely clean and furnished to a very high level. Every bedroom having its own ensuite is a real bonus. The beds are super comfortable and the views out to the sea are breathtaking.
We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children and the property more than caters for everyone’s needs. I would happily go back and would recommend this property to anyone wanting a break on The Isle of Wight.

Beautiful house, with everything we could possibly need.
The house was perfect, very spacious and had everything we could of needed. Extremely clean and the furnishings are extremely good quality. We had the best stay there, enjoyed the roof terrace and all slept very well as all the beds are very comfortable. Would highly recommend the house and the owner is lovely and responded very quickly to any questions I had. We will definitely be coming back.
