The aircon is off during the day

Friendly and helpful staff. Activities were fun and well organised. The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful. Overall fantastic value for money.
The air con in my room didn't seem to be working. There was a fan which did keep the room a little cooler but was quite noisy.

The staff, the food and the sights were the highlight of this cruise.
Outdated boat and facilities.

A fantastic experience exploring Halong Bay amongst the company of 17 other travellers.
Our tour guide Tam was amazing and his knowledge of the area was outstanding.
Tam & the other crew on the boat could not have done any more for us where their service was amazing.
Highly recommend this cruise & experience.

Excellent organization of the tour at Ha Long Bay and transfer from Hanoi - we were really impressed by the professionalism of the crew and our tour guide, Mr Đường
Food was very tasty and all activities fun
Had an excellent sleep in the bay
Sparkling clean
Wifi on the Boat not working - although our tour guide was very kind and shared his internet when needed via hotspot from his phone

Guide and caves were good. Different from pictures provided.
I don't recommend this cruise. It is too overpriced for what it is worth. I paid $226 AUD. It's and old small boat with old amenities. Ha Long Bay is fantastic for some once in a lifetime. I suggest going with the bigger boats makes such a difference. I felt my trip was ruined by this experience. Don't go by the 5 star reviews I dont know who is writing them. I really wanted to write this so you could enjoy Ha Long Bay so pick a good company and pay extra for something better. I won't pay more than $70US for this.

It was actually very cozy tour :)
After booking they send a message about proposed transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back.
They start from Hanoi old quarter around 8am.
Included activities:
- stop in pearl museum
- biggest cave in the bay
- climb tip top and swim after
- cooking class (showed how to roll spring rolls)
- squid fishing (they give you the stick with the hook. But don't expect catching smth :D)
- karaoke
- visit pearl farm and kayaking around
There was enough time for everything, no rush. Our tour guide Tam spoke good English, so everything was well explained.
Food was also amazing.
Rooms have showers, hot water, window with good view. Comfortable and clean

Good value for money overall, food was excellent, definitely the best part of the trip. Activities were well organised and the tour guide Timtam was good. Happy hour was a good touch
Shower wasn’t very hot, it was very cold on the boat had to wear multiple layers at all times wasn’t well insulated, I’d say not built for cold weather at all. Cocktails were far too expensive for Vietnam pricing.

Loved the activities, loved the ship, it was a bit compact and old but cozy, and the staff was pretty nice. But the best thing was the food!!!! Hats off to the bartender and the chef and the kitchen staff. Such delicious food!

This was fantastic value for money. As one of the cheaper cruises, I was a little worried about the quality before boarding. Yes, the rooms, boat and decor could use a little makeover. However, the rooms and bed were very comfortable, bathroom worked perfectly, the food was tasty and plentiful, the activities were great and the staff were amazing. They had great cocktails and a long happy hour.
The best part was that I got to experience Ha Long Bay and all of its activities for a fraction of the price of everyone in the boats around us.
Do not pick this cruise if you are looking for a luxury experience/treat as the facilities are basic (but all I needed!)… this is the perfect choice to experience Ha Long Bay on a tighter budget.
The karaoke could have been cringe/weird if I had a different group. Luckily my cruise had a great group of people

I joined the cruise by food a 2d1n tour. Tuan the tour guide was amazing! He was so friendly, approachable and knowledgable about Vietnam and Ha Long Bay. His energy made the experience better. The staff on the boat were great and really took care of us. We were given plenty of delicious food and taken to do many activities. It was really good value for money and I would recommend it.
The pickup times were incorrect and my toilet smelt bad.

Ha Long Bay was stunning. The cave was spectacular - all the activities were great. There was huge amounts of food, all of it good. Accommodation for a junk boat was really good. The numbers of tourists were low because of the corona virus which meant it was not so crowded.
We could not pay by card - only cash - which we were not made aware of on Booking.com - in fact they advocated card! All of our cash was wiped out unexpectedly when we arrived and we also ended up using different currencies. Need to be clear if its cash only before arrival. Prices for alcoholic drinks were high - cocktails were very small measures. On the excursions we were not advised that we could buy coffees, refreshments or souvenirs - particularly the pearls - as we all went on trips without cash. It needs to be made clear.

Well educated staff and guide. We got the same scenery as the people that paid a fortune. The facilities were good and clean. Food was abundant.
