Would give a favorable rating if the hotel would pay my medical expenses.

Breakfast was good, but not enough fruit choices.

Guys rough housing in the pool and threw inches of water around the pool creating a hazardous situation. I fell and broke my nose, split my lip and chipped a tooth. Management paid for the room, which was good but didn't cover the emergency room copay. They did not offer to help with tremendous medical bills I will receive.

The room was absolutely 💯 % worth every penny, for every room to have a full kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, & full size refrigerator) is amazing and is so convenient for people! We will be staying here again!!!

Would defiantly would stay here again!!

The breakfast was amazing. Alot to choose from and the attendant was there the whole time cleaning up and refilling. The view from the hotel room faced the mountains and was breathe taking. The desk staff was very prompt at helping when needed. The beds and pillows were very comfy too!!

The aromas coming from the hallway was very strong. Could not pinpoint what the scent was. And also, there was someone smoking in a nearby hotel room which was coming through our vents. The pool stated heated but it must mean the room itself because the water was definitely chiller than what I expected to be "heated pool"

Truly enjoyed our stay

Facility clean and well maintained. Rooms are nicely furnished, functional, and well equipped. Everything worked as it should. No noticeable noise from outdoors, hallways, or neighboring guests. Entire staff is friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns. Breakfast plentiful, good assortment, and items replenished as needed. Breakfast area very clean. Location is convenient to everything; shopping, dining, attractions, roads and highways. Parking lot well lighted. Would highly recommend & happily stay again.

Clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness is our top priority and the room was cleaned to our expectation. Loved the suite so we could prepare our own food. This is necessary because we have a lot of food restrictions on our family.

I would have liked the room to be a bit larger but it was a wonderful stay.

My first visit to this facility was very pleasant and I will gladly stay here again.

The in-room shower was the best I've experienced, and the room was very cozy and well-organized. Liked the choice of artwork

this is the first stay in a LONG time that I’ve had a comfortable bed, this had to be the best part by far

the only negative I’d say about the property and this isn’t even their fault is I had a little confusion finding the “front door” cause it’s located at the back of the building

We love this place! This was our 2nd time staying here! Rooms are great, great location, staff was very friendly & helpful too! One of the staff even helped us jump our truck to get us back on the road! I don’t remember his name, but he drove a black Chrysler car. We will be back next year for our annual ski trip!

The location and full kitchen set up with everything you need to cook a meal.

We stayed 4 consecutive nights, and not once did we get housekeeping. We had to empty our own trash daily (thankfully I brought trash bags), and when we needed towels I had to find a housekeeper on the floor. I evidently interrupted a personal call she was on, and after getting what we immediately needed, I asked if she would be by our room later, since it had been 2 days. She affirmed she would, yet when we returned about 6 hours later, nothing had been done and she was gone. The hot breakfast each morning was the exact…same…thing. Scrambled eggs, and either pork or turkey sausage patties, and waffles.

Nice place, but important room comfort needs should be addressed.

Good location relative to Boone, NC, App State University, and mountains

We had to move rooms due to the HVAC not working. In the first room, we needed heat, but the system only put out cold air. The front desk was very helpful and quickly moved us to a room across the hall. Glad there was another room available for our needs! Note in the new room, the temperature control of the bedroom heating system was difficult to manage the heat. For future visits, we would consider shutting off the heat overnight so we don't bake with the door closed! Recommend this hotel find an HVAC expert to better maintain the heating and cooling systems in rooms. We rented for an overnight stay (three of us). The bedroom was great and is an important part of our journeys. We typically travel with a third adult who needs to use the pullout sofa. This TownPlace hotel and many other Marriott properties use a terrible sleeper sofa mattress that is marginal for customers to use. Facilities with a bedroom door are helpful for families needing the extra bed. Those extra beds / mattresses need to be comfortable! We have used Extended Stay and Hilton Homewood Suites, and those properties typically have much better sleeper sofa mattresses.

Property is very nice; however I did not feel we got that much extra value for the price.

Breakfast was good; didn't have waffles first morning. Would like to alternate between sausage and bacon.

I will definitely stay here again. Great hotel!

The breakfast was great, the facility was clean and attractive, the grounds were beautiful, great location, very pet-friendly and modern. Would definitely stay again. Friendly staff, and the meeting room was great for small meetings.

I don't have any complaints! I would definitely stay here again. I appreciated the temperature control in the rooms. The breakfast was good-- I appreciated the freshly-made waffles. All the staff members were courteous.

clean, quiet, good location, good breakfast

I had children that wanted to swim and the pool was green and dirty. That was a bummer because it cost quite a bit more to stay at this place.
