Stunning views, great house setup, everything needed for a relaxing holiday, highly recommend.

Great location, great owner!

Amazing views which is what you are paying for - 2nd day we had to buy bin bags, ant killer and spray to get rid of the spiders. The house was great size for our family however downstairs bedrooms had no fans ( no air conditioning in the house). The house is long overdue a spring clean, windows cleaned and updating for the amount of money charged. The kitchen was sparsely equipped and cheaply.

The house and location was beautiful but the place could’ve been a lot cleaner and presented better, especially for the cost of the booking. Worked well for what we needed though

A lot of cobweb…the property is not very clean…

We enjoyed every moment of it and happy to go there again and again
Thanks a lot

Great views of the ocean. While the house is a really good set up, the property is in need of maintenance and a thorough “spring” clean. Not happy having to pay a “cleaning” fee.

We all enjoyed our stay but agreed that the house needed a HUGE spring clean.
Windows and fly screens were so dirty, cobwebs everywhere, if you do remove the cobweb PLEASE don't hurt the magnificent spiders.
Its a beautiful house, great outlook, just unloved.

Stunning view and we really enjoyed the balcony and pool table.
This is a good holiday house, but some improvement recommendations are;
-needs air conditioning (it was very hot in the house)
-some maintenance around the house needed e.g. some outdoor chairs were broken, need a new fridge, shower screen downstairs hard to open/close, hole in fly screen in downstairs bedroom (which brought bull ants inside).
We really enjoyed the stay but suggest maintenance is needed, particularly given the high cost to rent.

We had a great time at the Crow’s Nest. The views are gorgeous from almost every room in the house (upstairs and downstairs). The house is a great set up for two families or extended family travelling together but important to note there are no ensuites to any bedrooms. The property manager, Claire, was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Trevor, the owner, lives in the house below and was a lovely guy.
Being a holiday homeowner who rents our property as well, there is some constructive feedback I have:
The home needs an overall uplift with a deep clean (cobwebs, dead bugs, loads of dust under furniture, greasy pantry, etc.), a fresh coat of paint, and a good stock up of glasses, dishes for kids (plastic cups from IKEA are durable and cheap), decent knives, and a few share platters for nibbles. Also, the recycling bin was full on our arrival and not picked up during our stay. A second recycling bin is highly recommended to prevent items having to go in the garbage bin on departure.
Overall, we had a great time and would stay again but likely not for nearly $800/night until the freshen up is done.

Views from property were excellent.
It was in need of a good clean also should have been checked for broken items such as outside chairs and balcony decking was damaged an had nails popping through when walked on.
Bedheads had thick dust on them ! We decided not to use oven as was also dirty. Bit of a shame as wouldn't have taken much to present property better.

Nice set up for you and some friends

The Crows Nest is a beautiful home in a superb location, ideal for up to 8 adults, 10, if you don't mind sleeping on a bunk bed. Claire was a delight to deal with and responded very quickly to any communication. I wouldn't hesitate in booking the Crows Nest for future holidays. The only issue we experienced was that we had a 2 year old child with us and no way of blocking off a set of steep stairs to the downstairs area.

Spent a lovely weekend touring the Margaret River region from the Crow's Nest. The home was very comfortable for the 10 of us, around the dining table or spread out in the lounge. Will be recommending our stay to friends.

The location and views are simply stunning. The home itself is a little tired and could do with a few updates however the spectacular location, size of the house and outdoor balcony rates this home a 5/5. Watching the electrical storm roll over the Indian Ocean at night from the balcony was a highlight...thank you Claire and Trevor.

Great stay. An infant gate for the stairs would a great addition to this house. Thanks

Accommodation was perfect. Had everything we needed. Great walks. Did I say awesome views?!

Brilliant location and house - spacious upstairs and downstairs living space that was ideal for our family. The large games room was a bonus. Breathtaking panoramic views from the wraparound deck made it difficult to want to venture out. Our family would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed at this beautiful house for our wedding week with the entire family. There was plenty of space to fit us all, and the large kitchen and living area has The most amazing view across the coast!! Claire was a great host, and easily contactable throughout our stay. We highly recommend! :)
