Charmant und zentral

Aufmerksames Personal, grosses Zimmer, gut eingerichtet (ausreichend Schränke usw.), Frühstück im Garten vor dem Haus, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage in der Nähe vom Hotel organisiert.

Da nicht das ganze Haus zum Hotel gehört und in einer Privatwohnung Umbauarbeiten stattfanden war es zeitweise tagsüber etwas laut. Kann das Hotel aber nicht beeinflussen.

Good location close to train station and beach. Lovely garden and very attentive staff. Welcome drink was a nice bonus on a hot day.

Traditional hotel with excellent service and facilities

This is a classic hotel - dark wood furniture, high ceilings, rickety little lift - but our rooms (we were upgraded to a suite) were large, spotlessly clean and the newly refurbished bathroom was a great size, clean and bright as was the kitchenette. The Reception staff were so pleasant, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our welcome drink in the garden and their recommendation for dinner in the tiny Trattoria across the road was absolutely spot on. We appreciated them making the reservation for us as it was full of locals so it was essential. Great location for a stroll into town or down to the Marina. Breakfast was Amazing - absolutely everything you could think of!

New pillows please! they were so flat they were a bit uncomfortable. And the stair well would really benefit from a coat of paint.

Exceptional

Location is great,it's on a very mature street with trees all over,nice and quiet. Breakfast is great, and about 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. Highly recommend.

the structure is old and pictures of the room on their a website are misleading and completely different from the actual room and bathroom, which are depressing in reality.

Good location, nice outdoors breakfast, outstanding staff.

The parking — you might have to leave the keys with the reception as the parking is just some space behind the building with cars parked back to back. The room itself feels very dated, but was clean.

Old family-run hotel with very pleasant vibe in the heart of Sanremo, definitely recommended!

Excellent location in the heart of Sanremo on a very pleasant street, old building but tastefully renovated. The garden and parking on the spot are a great asset, as was the free drink upon arrival and the nice breakfast setting. Parking is a bit tight but the friendly staff members were here to guide us in and out after arrival and upon departure and helped with the bags. Room was modern and nicely renovated, air con worked well, normally I don't like being on the ground floor but in this case, the room was very quiet and didn't bother me. The spa seemed pretty reasonable priced but I didn't have time to use it.

Bathroom was tight, especially the shower and a little basic, more toiletries could be useful. Breakfast was slightly limited in terms of times (only 8am to 10am) and therefore long queues at the very slow coffee machine since many people showed up at 8am. Check in process was a little bureaucratic, rather surprised at having to pay the sales tax in cash when paying all the rest by card (inconvenient!) and also some miscommunication after booking about the price of the parking (here are two options at different prices) but these were quickly cleared up...

Lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfasts were good. Rooms were lovely.

Would have been better if our rooms had been next door rather than in a different building and if we had known that the spa was closed. But generally, a great stay!

Lovely and very friendly hotel in central San Remo

Great location within walking distance of the center. The staff is very charming and helpful. The hotel itself is a little jewel of a building with a charming garden, ideal for breakfast or an evening drink
