Apartment house "Rond-Point", 3 storeys, built in 1976. In the centre of Montana, in a central position, 600 m from the lake, 500 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Communal covered parking, public car park at 50 m, extra. Dimension: height 175 cm width 200 cm. Shop, supermarket 20 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, bakery 20 m, café 10 m, bus stop "Victoria" 50 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 500 m, lake Grenon 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, skisport facilities 500 m, cross country ski track 2 km, ice rink 300 m, children's playground 400 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/bidet/WC. Small balcony, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Studio plein centre malheureusement chambre située côté route avec beaucoup de circulation, donc bruyant. Cuisine bien équipée. Literie propre mais de qualité moyenne. Salle de bain petite et mériterait une rénovation. Les luminaires manquent d'éclairage. Cache-prises démonté. Qualité moyenne pour un prix trop élevé.

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes kleines Appartement
Alles super, sehr zentrale Lage. Herziges, gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement. Einziger Nachteil für uns die Tiefgarage, die sehr steil und mit zu tiefer Deckenhöhe gebaut ist. Nichts für grosse Familienautos…

Sehr zentral gelegen
Mitten im Zentrum, nah zur Gondel, perfekt für den Skiurlaub. Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktionell, es gibt alles, was man benötigt. Die Etagenbetten waren eher hart, Geschmackssache. Die Aussicht ist hauptsächlich auf die gegenüberliegenden Häuser, vom Balkon aus schaut man aber der Straße runter dann doch ins Tal und auf Berge Garage zu niedrig.

Zentral gelegen
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus, Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Schrankbetten für die zwei erwachsene Personen sind bequem. Die anderen zwei Betten sind für kleine Kinder vom Komfort her ok. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist grundsätzlich super, da man sich in Montana sehr gut zu Fuss und mit dem ÖV fortbewegen kann. Jedoch schlägt der Wagen (nicht nur bei Sportwagen!) bei der steilen Rampe auf.

Vacanza in famiglia
Prima vacanza in famiglia con neonato di 8 mesi. Struttura ottima, vista l'età dello stabilimento garage stretto/basso e ascensore piccolo con porta non scorrevole (scomodo per noi avendo il passeggino). Alcuni punti da migliorare es fornire qualche rotolo di carta wc (1 rotolo per 1 settimana non bastava ci siamo dovuti comperare il pacco da 10 rotoli, più piccolo non disponibile), fornire carta cucina, carta alu/pellicola, detersivo piatti (tutte cose che ci siamo comperati).
