Simple layout and good sound isolation on rooms. Also liked hotel restaurant (which was reason for trip - some cigars with meetup and good dinner). Spa is good addition. Nice views to park behind the wall.
Kind of shady persons on street outside trying to scam.

Amazing location, could walk to everything. Breakfast was great!
Room was a bit small.

Place and atmosphere!

Great location in the heart of the old city. The staff are personable, helpful and knowledgeable and the bar is nice. Breakfast is heavy continental buffet style and they can also make eggs or omelettes. The restaurant was booked so we did not try it but there are many other good restaurants close by.
Duvets are too hot for me although my spouse loves them. There was no sheet under the duvet so I had to sleep on top of it and use a bathrobe as a light cover. This was less than comfortable. Please, use a sheet so hot blooded people like me can chose not to use the heavier bedding.

Perfekte Lage, geschmackvolles Zimmer, äußerst bequemes Bett.
Pool öffnet erst ab 15:00, nur 7 Liegen verfügbar, morgens musste man das Fenster schließen, da der Lärm der Belieferungsfahrzeuge zu laut war

Easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Lovely city with incredible history. Great restaurant recommendations from the concierge. If you go dine at Rado (!!!) and Delicio
It really was perfect. No complaints

The location is perfect. The beds and pillow were super comfy.
Not porivided information about parking and reaching the hotel by car. Also the chek-out process was too long.

Hotel is really nice in hearth of Tallinn. Staff was friendly and mostly attentive. Very cozy spa.
There was a system mistake and we had to stay in the basic room instead of executive (the one we booked). Staff offered us free parking and breakfast. So we were happy at the end:))

Nice SPA, good location, very comfortable beds.
We like everything.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the old section of the city, and it's a beautiful modern oasis. The staff is helpful and lovely, and the room was large and very comfortable.
4.5
Pretty much everything apart from the shower unit.
We didn't realize shower head's hose was broken until midnight. Discount was offered at checkout. Acceptable service recovery, but would be better if staff has checked it before we checked in.

My stay at Telegraf have been characterized by two distinctive elements: the exceptional location and the presence of Elemis cosmetics. The hotel's location is truly outstanding, and the quality of the Elemis product range seamlessly aligns with the hotel's standards
One of the major drawbacks was the lack of professionalism among the hotel staff. Many of them appeared young and inexperienced, often deferring decisions to their team leaders. This resulted in instances where the staff seemed unsure of how to react, leaving me with a sense of unease. Furthermore, there was a clear lack of motivation to ensure guest satisfaction. For instance, despite having a limited number of charging stations available, the staff showed little interest in identifying which cars required charging. This oversight resulted in us being unable to charge our electric vehicle due to the staff's indifference.
The morning after our arrival, I discovered that my car had been moved to a different parking spot without being placed on a charger, despite my repeated requests to the staff. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for guest instructions was truly disappointing. Even more concerning was the unprofessional behavior displayed by the office manager, Eliise. Instead of assisting guests, she engaged in arguments and displayed a level of rudeness and arrogance that was unacceptable. Her refusal to acknowledge the hotel's ability to monitor the occupancy of electric parking spaces added to the frustration.
Adding to the list of disappointments was the breakfast experience. The breakfast staff appeared to be lacking the necessary training and professionalism, performing as if it was their first day on the job. This lack of efficiency and attentiveness affected the overall dining experience. What's more, I found a collection of discarded oranges under the breakfast table, a clear indication of a disregard for cleanliness and attention to detail. This oversight was both unappetizing and disappointing.
Another concerning issue was the state of the floor under the bed in my room. It was evident that the area had not been properly cleaned since the hotel's opening, raising questions about the standards of housekeeping and...

Quite, great location. Hotel bar & breakfast were excellent. Staff! Spa was small to the size of the hotel but when we visited it had fortunately room for us four.
Lobby staff should have adjustable tables unless bowing is meant to be constant 😉

Rooms were very nice and original, spa was very nice and private.
Bfast was a bit unorganized

Really good location close to everything, beds are super comfy and pillows as well
For a 5 star hotel lacks so many things, try to make an appointment at the spa and they were all booked (so no priority for hotel guests, we stayed 3 days. Receptionist don’t even say hello when you arrive and were not even look up.

Outstanding location and very clean.
Breakfast was sort of weird. They had pancakes but no syrup and they didn’t like you getting your own coffee.

nice rooms with very comfortable beds; excellent location; good breakfast, very good dinner at the Tchaikovsky restaurant (albeit with very mediocre service); beautiful spa;
service was not really up to the standards of a five star hotel (e.g. drinking water not refilled every day; dirty cutlery from the day before not removed from the room during cleaning); most of the staff (with notable exceptions such as the bartenders at the lobby bar who were excellent) was either detached or simply unpleasant; it's certainly not only an issue of cultural differences as we've had excellent service all over the Baltics (including Estonia) except for the Telegraaf

The location is perfect, right off the main square. That way noise was limited, yet you're right next to the action. Also being there for a wedding the room provided sufficient space and natural light for getting ready.
There was a sewer smell that came from the drains in the room I had. May be a function of an older city or could be the type of room I get due to booking off the hotel website (or even for one person vs two). Providing info about how to manage that would have been helpful up front if it cannot be avoided.

great location
Rooms on 6 floor are not level they are trying to sell you. Please be careful.
