Excellent location.
After payment, I was obliged to pay for deposit for a damage fee that is only refundable 7 days after.

Room was big had a veranda plenty of space
Hotel was dirty rooms were not cleaned properly pubic hair all over toilet seats bathroom was unwashed had to pay a deposit of £100 pound upfront was not notified about this false advertisement of food and drinks in hotel which was not the case no food or drink is served at any time i would avoid at all cost the room my parent were staying in had a mouldy eating sandwich which was stuffed in a drawer clearly room was not cleaned either.

It advertising as bar and restaurant room smells of smoke and staff was shocking

Nice fresh air location in the Reigate hills
I was forcefully made to leave two nights before I was due to leave because 'the home office' was coming. I do not think this was true, but I had to check out regardless. Three men came to my door at 9PM to tell me I had to leave in the morming. It was intimidating, unfair, disruptive to my work and completely unreasonable. No alternative accommodation or room was offered. Furthermore, I have now been trying for 5 days to get a refund for the days I was unable to stay. It is impossible to contact the property reception directly and the OYO booking centre is unable to issue the refund. Outrageous and unacceptable

The sheets were clean and the towels were clean
Unfortunately the young man checking us in didn't seem to know much. He told us the times for breakfast the following morning and how to pay for it etc. When my partner went down for breakfast in the morning and asked at reception where to go for breakfast, she was told "Breakfast doesn't start until Monday!" This was Thursday! The receptionist was very surprised that a colleague had told her otherwise. Unfortunately the room and the bathroom were not very clean, neither was the furniture in the room. The sofa looked like a vacuum cleaner has never been near it and was in a bad state of repair. The tiles on the bathroom floor were filthy, as were the taps, and the door handle to the bathroom was appallingly filthy! The carpet has a multitude of bad stains. One side of the lower divan of the bed was very badly stained and directly in sight when pulling back the duvet - very unpleasant. Only two lights of many in the bedroom were working and, inevitably, as we'd read in previous reviews, the TV wasn't working. The balcony looks like a hazardous area as a couple of wires were hanging down at about head/face height and draped over the broken partitions of the next door balcony. Fortunately we had no need, or desire, to use the balcony. When we first walked into the room it was like walking into a refrigerator as the air-con unit had been left on, by whoever was last in the room, and it took a while to warm up. The whole place needs a lot more TLC and probably renovation as it looks and feels tired and un-cared for.

Nothing
On arrival I was handed a key to a room which was filthy and Not cleaned.
I went back for another key to find this happened again but only worse.
The kind man on the desk then had to go and find me a clean room.
When I say clean I mean fresh bedding.
Stains on the floor and just not a nice experience.
I will never stay here again
2.7
Nothing. We tried 2 rooms and both were really dirty. We were so upset, we couldn’t take shoes off and the bedding wasn’t good. We gave the keys back and explained we just couldn’t sleep somewhere that was not clean and the smell... we asked if we could have our money back but apparently not.
The smell. The dirt. The floors were marked and not clean. The TVs didn’t work. The balcony had cigarette butts all over it. The bathroom was dirty. It was genuinely upsetting. They take your money and don’t care.
2.7
Check in was fast
Staff was rude, rooms were dirty, and the rooms let in a lot of noise from a long loud party happening downstairs
2.7
Nice pillows, restaurant was good size and nice decor, lovely staff
The room was a nightmare. Carpet durty, spiders all over, mold, old bed and mattress.
2.7
There were no breakfast facilities, I was told. Yet on booking , it said breakfast was extra cost.. it cost £89 per night, and I was on lower ground floor that smelt damp…
I could have been told it was under refurbishment, I wouldn’t have stayed at all.
2.7
Shower was hot, location, free parking
Room wasn’t ready at 9.30pm...PM! No lightning in the bathroom, bedside light broken, carpet was not cleaned or hoovered and it was heavily stained. Nothing was covid sanitised which was concerning. No milk available for tea. The bathroom had a hole in the floor because it of wood rot. All the Beers were off tap leaving only very expensive bottles available.

I didn't actually stay at the hotel in view of known maintenance and COVID-19 cleanliness issues in multiple rooms. I have escalated my complaint on numerous occasions and am still awaiting a final response from the Chief Execs of Booking.com & the OYO Bridge Hotel. Please ensure that my complaint is still being escalated when you receive this feedback form please. The hotel room(s) I was offered should never have been advertised on Booking.com e.g. a large hole in floor right outside the shower where you step onto the floor. On reporting it, it was a known maintenance issue that had apparently been known about for months so I should never have been given this room in the first place. The second room I had, the TV didn't work and the batteries were held in by old tape, this is not acceptable during a period of COVID-19 where hand cleanliness and cleanness of remote controls should have been of paramount importance. On reporting it. I was told that none of the TVs in the entire hotel were programmed in and didn't work in ANY of the rooms. Confirmed by Tradesmen staying there and by the reception staff. These rooms are advertised on Booking.com as having a TV in the room. Other people apart from me were also complaining at the reception desk e.g. a lady who's teenage son and daughter had been given a room with a double bed. The young boys on reception had No Hotel Phone to escalate complaints on and were apparently having to use their personal mobile phones to escalate complaints to the on duty manager and they don't let you use those phones if you have any issues, the only option you to escalate is a hopeless online messaging system which you don't get a response to on the night. The whole experience was ridiculous. There were no other rooms available for me to stay in that didn't have maintenance issues.

Nothing was good, I understand it was a cheap deal (£50) but the images on booking.com do not reflect the hotel at all, it was dirty and run down - i wouldnt stay here again ever!
everything!! unhelpful staff, dirty room, run down
2.7
The car park was empty east to park
Reception staff not easy to talk to
Room was disgusting
Taps were broke
Curtains falling off rail
Room door didn’t lock
Asked for double bed for two singles
Carpet stained bad
2.7
Location and check in staff
Bed was a little tired!excuse the pun and shower was miserable!
2.7
I liked everything else, services and good live band music. Drinks were great and good value for money - reasonably priced
Bed not so comfortable - mattress not firm and bed a little woobly.
2.7
Not a lot unfortunately
Communication is a failure.
Booked a twin room and on arrival was given a double (not ideal for 2 friends staying). No twins left, so a double room was provided for the first night, then for the remaining 2 nights a twin would be available.
Next morning checked out of both doubles, arrived back that evening and asked for the keys of our new twin room only arrival find that it hadn’t been cleaned or prepared. Fortunately another twin was available only to find it was being having maintenance carried out.
Once we were in like all the other rooms we had, the showers water pressure was extremely poor, light and power sockets loose, towel radiator not working, carpets were old stained and thread bare, tv’s weren’t working.
On arrival we were told breakfast was available but on the first morning no sign of anything, and the catering manager needed to be contacted to see if a breakfast could be arranged (we didn’t bother).
General state of the hotel was poor and is in need of a major refurb, apart from the dining area, which weren’t used and the reception area. But the corridors, rooms and outside were very unkept.
Next time I’ll pay more elsewhere to get a pleasant stay.
2.7
The location is handy and the younger members of staff were very polite and apologetic.
I think it’s currently being refurbished and isn’t ready. Parts are a building site. TVs didn’t work, phones didn’t work. Original room door didn’t lock and room wasn’t ready.
2.7
TVs didn't work, phones didn't work to reception, wifi incredibly slow.
However it's £42 a night - exceptional value. Too cheap really.
2.7
The staff were great, humorous, thoughtful, honest, cheerful & despite working in a place that is patently falling apart they had a “can do”attitude. Also for us, the hotel was very characterful.
In fairness it has just been taken over but it is safe to say this faded example of 1960s architecture needs a LOT of work. Mattress was a wreck and the view from our window was a dumpster filled with rubbish.
2.7
Bed ok
Broken TV system
Stains and broken bits everywhere
No fie safety notice in room
Smelly
2.7
it was cheap
old, tired hotel. the bed was uncomfortable. not even a bin in the room. the windows and 'balcony' looked like a health hazard with wires all over the place. no staff around when we checked out.
2.7
Nothing at all
Everything, it was shabby and falling apart. The bedding smelt old and musty. It was so run down. I have never had the misfortune to stay in such a grubby hotel. Booked 2 rooms but didn’t feel safe leaving my teenage daughters alone so had to stay with them. Stupidly I didn’t check the reviews before booking. School girl error, stay well way!!
2.7
Nothing.
Hotel is in need of total refurbishment, carpets worn, faded and grubby, outside had a lot of rubbish lying around, balconies needed a clean badly, there were Ants on the coffee making worksurface and 3 Ants floating in the kettle. Shaking the towel out over the bath produced minute dust particles (like pepper), closer examination, they were moving. The TV was not working.
2.7
I was able to check in 10mins before 2pm ....... then it all went downhill from there!
The radiator was on full blast even though the temperature outside was 29 degrees C and it was centrally controlled so i could do nothing about it
The shower was luke warm
The air-condition did not work (and centrally controlled) and there were no fans provided
The TV did not work
The tap in the bath leaked constantly
All reported with no action taken apart from saying ' oh yes they need to be repaired' -
I was not told that I would be staying a room that was not fit for purpose and was not given the option to move to another room
2.7
Maintenance was poor. Various things did not work, including bedside lights, TV, aircon.
2.7
The entire hotel was very tired and a bit worn out.
