Tolles Stopover- Hotel

Perfekte Lage, freundlicher, unkomplizierter Check-In, sauberes Zimmer.

Wir waren 1 Nacht und da hat alles perfekt gepasst....danke

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einigen kleineren Abstrichen. Kann das Hotel trotzdem weiterempfehlen

Nettes Personal, sieht alles schön aus und wurde liebevoll dekoriert. Moderne Ausstattung ohne Keycard oder Schlüssel. Simples, aber grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Tiefgarage steht teilweise unter Wasser, TV im Zimmer nicht ganz zeitgemäss (aber ok), keine Minibar oder 24/7 Snackmöglichkeit. Kein Tresor im Zimmer (für mich nicht schlimm, aber hätte ich erwartet).

Check-in at 22:10 took nealy 2 hours. The automated checkin did NOT recognize my reservation. Sad!

Fix your automatied check-in and put your emergence contact information clearly up FRONT.

Preis-Leistung sehr gut, Parkhaus günstig und immer etwas frei, netter mitarbeiter, gute, feste Matratze.

Bedingt durch Lage etwas laut, keine kühlmöglichkeiten im zimmer

they are renovating and I didn’t got a notice before hand so I was not expecting to see them working on the lobby. AC wasn’t working good.

Good value, clean and great for work stays

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast and good breakfast times

Lack of food if any at night and when there was it was a poor selection. Lack of bar staff on in bar - hotel was very quiet so it seemed only one member of staff was present to do all jobs in booking in/bar/reception/food etc

Superb

Hotel was perfect for my trip and the staff were fantastic, nothing was a problem to them. Loved the cosy bar and the great service by the team. Well done!!

Private parking, but you have to pay 9 euros/day separately.

The toilet was dirty when we arrived.The floor carpet is also stained.

I regret but I can't reccomend.

Miła obsługa pana przy śniadaniach. Very nice gentelman helps during the breakfasts. Very kind and helpful.

Breakfests are very poor. Just ham, cheese, eggs and yogurts... There isn't any warm sausages, frankfurters or vegetables (only cherry tomatoes and cucumber is too small!) No wholemeal bread, no green salads, this kind of breakfast are really poor in hotel which has got 3 stars...

Unbelievably dirty room, the carpet, little pieces and hair, dusty surfaces (table, above and under the bed, the toilet is awfully yellow inside Honestly I have never stayed in such a mess, if it wasn’t the 1am when I came to the room would definitely complain about it at the reception

Room was fine, bed comfortable

I arrived at 21.30h at night and there was nobody at the reception. There were noises in the kitchen and had to go there to find a person, who did my check-in in a pretty unfriendly way. The breakfast was pretty poor in quality.
