PERFECT LOCATION AND A VERY EFFICIENTLY MANAGED HOTEL WITH FANTASTIC FRIENDLY STAFF.

The staff were great, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was cleaned to a consistently very high standard. The reception was efficiently run and we never had to wait to be seen. The room was over looking the pool and garden area which was light with a nice outlook. Room 313.

The garage location is quick walk from the main reception but access from the road is quite difficult due to the security bollards. A security code access would have made it so much easier. This is the only issue we had with the hotel throughout our stay. In addition if you intend to hire a car a small car would be advisable.

Hotel con encanto en el centro de Montpellier

Hotel que ha sabido actualizarse sin perder el encanto de cuando fue construido. Las zonas comunes del hotel son tranquilas y agradables, sobre todo la terraza. Lo bueno, si vas en verano, es que hay piscina. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, cómodas y, a pesar de la localización en pleno centro, no son ruidosas. Cogimos el desayuno por 22 euros y el parking también por 22 euros.

Que necesiten coger una fianza bastante alta para una estancia de un solo día.

Very central, large rooms,, comfortable beds, cute courtyard and parking

Could have been a bit more pressure in the shower, but otherwise nothing to add.

Molt bon hotel al Centre de Montpelier

Tot m'ha agradat. El personal de recepció, encantador.

El preu de l'esmorzar-bufet de 22 €. Es excessiu. Si fas l'esmorzar expres de 9 €, l'has de fer fora del saló d'esmorzars ... cafetería, jardins, etc. Encara que l'hotel estigui mig buit.

Very comfortable beds in a central location.

Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The pool was refreshing and the breakfast was in a very pleasant room.

Getting to the hotel was a challenge with the parking being very awkward to get to. Staff were helpful when I phoned but I had to call more than once. When I asked about extra coffee cream I was told to ask at breakfast the following day. I expect to be able to have as many coffee as I like in my room and to have the 'creamer' available. The answer was not acceptable.

We had a great time in Montpellier and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Metropole!

Room was clean, relatively spacious and comfortable. The blackout curtains were very effective and the room was very quiet at night. Location is handy for both the station and the main square. The staff were absolutely fantastic without exception and really added to our enjoyment - I can't praise them highly enough. We didn't eat there so I can't comment on those facilities. The lobby/bar is very period and one of the best I've seen.

Beds were a little firm so it would depend on your preference. I liked them but my wife prefers something softer! The entrance is unfortunately in a bit of a back street but fantastic when you get inside!

Very nice hotel, very friedly staff, great location!

Great location to reach the old town, you can reach everything easily by foot or tram. The room was amazing, very clean and comfy. Especially the seating area in the room was well equipped. Great shower/bathroom as well. Staff was super friendly and attentive.

We understand that it is not easy nowadays to provide eco-friendly solutions for glasses and cups and paper cups are a good solution for this and that. But for the bathroom or to enjoy a coffee in the room porcelan or glas equipment would be a nicer solution.

bedroom (supposed to be a ‘superior’ room) was very small, poorly designed and uncomfortable.

the property was beautiful and clean and comfortable!

loved that the location was so close to Place de Comedie…the street walking back felt a little unsafe for two women. out of the hotels control but we were a little nervous at times.

Hard to get to by car. Good hotel, well located, once you are there

good facilities and well located for old town Montpellier.

The roadworks make it a nightmare to get to by car. We missed the turn for the car park and had to circle again. A very stressful end to our day. If driving and roadworks still on avoid the hotel.
