That was the best lazy weekend of this summer

The hotel has a marvelous atmosphere, it was feeling like you stay at the country house of your italian relatives. Very quiet, peaceful and joyful.

We loved this hotel. Very clean. Great pool area. Rooms were a good size. Beautiful views. Long walk from the port and no taxi to the hotel - strongly suggest using porter service to take bags to the hotel - or be prepared for a long, uphill walk with bags…

great hotel to stay in Capri

my husband and I loved the room, pool and staff. Really warm welcome and services to help you get in and out from the ferry to the hotel. there is a restaurant next door with amazing food! highly recommended

A wonderful find in the heart of Capri

The Hotel is so much nicer than photos show. It’s in an amazing location, just off the main shopping street and an easy 5 minute walk from the Funicular that brings you up from the port. Everything is really clean, maids come and tidy the room both in the morning and for turn down, and are always cleaning communal areas too. The pool is glorious and gets the sunshine all day.

Nothing. The only thing holding it back from more stars could be that it lacks some facilities like a gym , but really you don’t miss it.

The room was not ready on expected time, The lady in the reception was not that service minded, but the other staff very friendly and helpsome.

Nice place which can be a lot better if they improve their communication with the clients

The hotel is quite nice and they have a nice breakfast, very good coffee and a great location

Communication of the staff/management, I made a request on booking.com(1month+ in advance) to have some rose petals placed on the bed on arrival and they said they will do their best to make it without any charge, which was really nice except they haven't done anything and they didn't even say that they couldn't do it so I know to organise something by myself. As I arrived with a boat in Capri I required transport from harbor to hotel and they informed me they got a welcome service where someone will pick me up and take me to hotel. It is true that I didn't inform them days in advance, but I left them a message at 6am that I will arrive at 5pm ish, personally I think this is plenty of time to organise transport, but again, they haven't even responded to my message and when I called them to ask for pick up, I have been told I need to take a taxi which was an additional 25 euros paid due to poor communication.

First of all absolutely beautiful hotel with great facilities such as nice pool and sunbeds and constant room cleaning throughout the day. The hotel managers are very helpful and attend to all needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Amazing experience! 5/5

The staffs were very attentive and kind. Roberto helped us get a private boat on our request even before our arrival. The room had a nice terrace and sun beds which we did not have time to use unfortunately. Definitely recommend this hotel!
