Hea asukohaga, lennujaam ja rongijaam läheduses, samuti poed ja söögikohad. Vaikne öösel, sai välja magada kenasti.
Toad ja hotell ise hubasemad oleks võinud olla.

Location
Staff, very abrupt. Was told they would organise a taxi, ended up having to do it myself

Accoglienza, professionalità, posizione
Prezzo esagerato per una mini camera ricavata da un sottoscala, no riscaldamento, no prese elettriche di fianco al letto, pericoloso spigolo ad altezza testa he percorre il letto in tutta la sua lunghezza.

A lovely stay at Hotel Guilia. This hotel is really close to Rome Campiano (CIA) airport. The facilities for my family of four were perfect for our overnight stay. This hotel is a great place to stay if you are cruising from Civitavecchia Port. The hotel reception staff were very helpful and arranged our taxi to the port. The price was fixed, I was able to pay by credit card and the taxi driver was took us right to the ship! No walking with our cases 😀 Breakfast was extensive for the very reasonable €7 each.

Nice hotel close to the airport. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood outside Rome. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helped us arrange a transfer for our very early flight.

Hotel Giulia delivers exactly what you would expect when you book it to fly out of Ciampino Airport.
It's a nice hotel, clean and quiet. The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful.
The lady in the breakfast room was also very nice and helpful, serving us a couple of tasty coffees.
The rooms were decent in size, we had the clastic room, which could benefit from an updates. Kind of reminds me of a hotel by the sea side from years ago.
I saw they also have modernized rooms which I believe are a little more up do date in regard furniture and amenities....
You are very close to the city center of Ciampino, where you will find everything you want and need during your stay.
All in all, a good hotel to overnight while waiting on your transfer.
Aside from the furniture update in the room where we stayed, no complaints.

Because of a village problem, the water was cut off. BUT the staff were very very apologetic and helpful. They gave me a bucket of water to use if I needed to wash up and also gave me lots of extra bottled water. And my breakfast was not included in my booking but they gave me it free because of the hardship/disturbance caused because of now water all night and into the morning. Thankfully the water pressure came back on and I was able to take a nice hot shower the next morning before catching my flight. Also, while I waited for a taxi, the hotel staff offered me coffee and a croissant. I was well taken care of.

The hotel was clean.
The receptionist was rude, tone of voice and body language slightly aggressive. Definitely shouldn’t be working in hospitality, a few genuine questions were clearly irritating him. Asked for a taxi as we had a flight to catch and was told the only booking he has was for one specific time slot, asked him to find me another taxi firm and said if they don’t turn up, which happens a lot you will miss your flight and it was said with some passive aggression for sure, he was arguing to use the one he books, perhaps he has a deal with the taxi man I have no idea. He did not try to facilitate a taxi for us and the room had not network signal and the Wi-Fi would not extend to the room. It was a stressful experience and we felt forced to take a taxi 30 mins after we wanted to, we only just made it to the gate. The man at the reception said it takes 5-10 mins to clear security as it’s a small airport, complete lie. 3 flights were taking off at the same time, I only made my flight because I had paid for fast track otherwise I would have missed it because of him. Worst experience I’ve had and worst service I have ever received. The taxi driver never ran no meter and we were charged 20 Euros for a 5 min journey literally. Stay at your own risk… We had to exit our room just to get some signal to try taxi firms, the place does not have good services around it, location is close to the airport but that is it.

Friendly welcome and efficient check in process with helpful, knowledgeable staff
No minibar as stated in listing and the rooms are extremely light due to the LED on the safety lighting appearing to of been obtained from teh wing of a Boeing 737 and thus illuminating the room even with the lights off and curtains closed.
