Debiera dar más valor por el precio que cobra

Las habitaciones están limpias, es silencioso, el wifi funciona bien, tiene parking.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, el desayuno tiene una variedad reducida, el frente exterior del hotel está muy descuidado (las plantas) y sucio (el área para aparcar tiene pedacería de vidrios que lleva días sin recogerse)

I will definetly be going back again !!

I liked the layout of the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. They helped with with all my needs and more. The price of the room was very reasonable and very clean.

The sports gym was too small and very little equipment, should have had at least a rowing machine more than a spinning cycle.

A lovely hotel but we should have been told beforehand that the restaurant was closed.

The hotel itself and the staff were excellent.

The restaurant was closed for August! We were travelling from France on our way home to southern Spain and booked this hotel as it said it had a restaurant. We had cancelled a booking we had made at another hotel in Madrid as they informed us their restaurant was closed during August. Unfortunately this hotel was not as helpful. After a long journey we really don't want to hunt for somewhere to eat! Booking.com and the hotel should sort this problem out!

it was clean, and nice room

there was a lot of noise , there was a big group of kids that occupied most of the hotel and thet made oa lot of nice. they gave us a room next to the kids and it was loud, we asked to change and they finally agreed. the place is not so near the airport and a taxi from madrid will cost you the same

Poor standards and limited facilities at weekends

Location close to the A1 motorway. Proximity close to a good local restaurant

Restaurant closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No notification. Poor selection of TV channels, Awful breakfast - no hot food. Area onside scruffy and full of litter and dead leaves. Not up to Marriott standard

Practical hotel when leaving from Bajaras airport

Modern, clean and well equipped room. Friendly staff, good internet and TV, comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok but was missing warm food (e.g. cooked eggs). Proximity to shopping wall and restaurants.

Expensive for the size of the room and location in a commercial zone.

my advice would be to never stay at this hotel

the room was ok but overpriced

no food as restaurant closed. There was a leaking roof on my floor with a bucket underneath that I had to tell staff was at the top on many occasions. whilst at the hotel I had to quarantine due to contracting Covid-19. during that time I could not leave my room and get any food or water. the hotel supplied me with small water bottles, which they then tried to charge me €50 as they said each small 200ml bottle was €1.5. They did not mention once that I would be charged plus I had no way of getting out to purchase water. the very least they could do would be to help when someone is not allowed by law to leave a room. I declined to pay this bill and was told by the management there was nothing they could do! I eventually had to escalate to the hotel manager who then agreed to remove this cost.

Stay elesewhere

I liked the air conditioning and front street parking. The tea was exceptional. Beds were comfortable

Upon arrival the advertised restaraunt was closed. And breakfast was the only available service at 15euros for sliced cheese and some fruit. With all cards frozen the hotel started out with no idea how to dial out and how to dial an international number. This went on for 2 days. Stranded I couldn't get help but nobody at this hotel cared. The first site on floor 2 was a bucket catching leaks. Soon there were 2. The staff was not helpful and the breakfast chef was rude. He would ask for a room number over and over demanding it. Despite not having breakfast. I will stay elsewhere. I canceled my several weeks reservation. Be sure to use booking or they will bend you over. Did not like it. And the maids will steal your business cards. Not a good visit.

Reasonably priced bar, good range of quality food on the menu for dinner. €16 Uber from T4S.

Large comfortable rooms.

Comfortable clean room, plenty of space. Good location for our needs.

No English speaking speaking channels on the TV, with the exception of 2 news channels. Yet at least 4 German ones and French. No extra pillows. Only 1 soap provided, nothing for the bidet.

A brilliant place to stay

Great location for a business trip; close to the airport and across the road from a shopping centre with loads of places to eat. The room was clean, with access to fast WiFi and the addition of a coffee machine was an added luxury. Breakfast was a relaxed experience with a wide selection to choose from.

Paper cups in the room and the lighting in the room wasn't adaptable; either every light was on, which was very bright, or they were all off.
