Nice spot a lot of choices

Property was in a great location and the staff were very helpful

Our room had someone’s toe nail clippings on floor and a broken refrigerator that I called multiply times to fix and took time 3 to actually come

The resort is amazing. Great service, beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, very helpful and friendly service.

The pool bar closed way too early, 5pm. And some additional options for food would be great.

It was a good stay overall. The kids had fun.

The beachfront was nice.

The location was just a little bit far from the strip than what we expected. Also, getting a chair/hut reserved was a challenge and not as smooth as we thought. They were either double booking reservations or unavailable within 5 minutes of the app opening.

Very good stay but nickel/diming customers is annoying and is why i will go back to Hyatt or Ritz

Nice room and balcony, dated bathroom Great service on the beach set up Beach palapa reservation the worst I have seen in the Carribean

Beach chair reservation system is awful. Check-in told me i had to pay for chairs. Did not mention you can get them for free at 4 PM prior day or 7 AM same day.

Beautiful resort, family friendly, not too far from downtown shops and bars

Pool was great, loved the swim up bar, music during the day and evening at the lobby bar and casino. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help or give advice on restaurants and activities.

Not much, we had problems with our toilet and even though maintenance had a quick turnaround time when we called it was still not good to have that issue. We had to keep calling.

Was a decent hotel. Staff was pleasant

Breakfast buffet had a decent selection, however, some foods that should have been hot were cold. Some of the French toast pieces were hard. I don’t think it was a good value for the money. We ordered ala carte one day, and went off property for breakfast.

Rooms are a little tired. Our first room smelled terribly of mold, we were switched to a different room after complaining to the staff. Rugs in rooms need to be changed. Furniture is starting to look old.

My stay was excellent. I loved this hotel and the staff were all very kind. Everything was simple and easy. I love Aruba

It was beautiful. The beach and pool area were both nice and clean and run well. The location was great as well. Close to restaurants/ shops/ nightlife.

There really wasn’t anything I can stay I didn’t like about it.

Other than many of the activities not happening as scheduled, everything was fabulous!

Beach, pools, dining, Starbucks and ice cream on property, marketplace, accessibility to book excursions and other water activities

The daily activities that were advertised did not always happen or were very behind on schedule. For example, popcorn wasn't provided 3 of the days, or we didn't see the activity running - beach volleyball, Giant Jenga. The Aloe Scrub activity we signed up for they cancelled because we were told they didn't have anyone signed up - our names were not recorded for some reason. The equipment we could sign out, was often hard to get, pool table and ping pong not available.

What is the point of going if you can’t get a lounge or chair outside????

We could not get chairs on beach or by pool. We went to casino at night and did not get up at 7 am. Paid a lot of money to not be able to get a chair by pool or beach.

2nd time in aruba....2nd time staying here. No reason to go anywhere else. Gelato is the best!

Adult pool...beach service...and gelato were fantastic!

Closet too small. Only 1 sink in bathroom. Awkward shower setup. Next time don't put us in wheelchair access room

20% mandatory spa gratuity that doesn’t fully go to the staff. Only spa perk outside of services was the sauna. Pricey services to not have additional spa amenities besides a locker room sauna

Great place to relax and unwind!

The resort was at the end of the island so it was quiet but still close to restaurants. Our room was very clean and attend to well. House keeping did a wonderful job. We stayed on the club floor which allowed us access to extras such as daily breakfast, snacks/ drinks, beach location. Beach service was wonderful.

The reserved beach location for the club floor was difficult to reserve as people jumped on reservations so quickly. If you were not on at exactly 4pm, you were not getting a reserved spot. It was unfortunate as we were expecting a little bit more availability as we paid for the club floor.
