The hotel is fabulous, with just 15 rooms it was quiet, relaxing and had lovely views. The staff were exceptional and and couldn't do enough to accommodate and help us have a perfect stay. Breakfast was to die for ! and evening meal interesting. The rooms are large, cool and comfortable.
I think the only thing were the steps to everywhere that didn't have handrails. They were quite high and rustic. Difficult for those with visual and/or mobility issues

Amazing hotel, so relaxing.
Fresh air, great breakfast great restaurant.
The rooms are huge, clean and new.
It’s a family hotel and that's the feeling that they give you, the amazing Antonela will help you with everything that you need and it's in great location to travel all over Puglia

The location of the hotel is great, a perfect base for exploring the coast and surrounding towns, Ostuni is easily accessible.
The hotel markets itself as a health and wellness retreat, yet it seems to be more of a party hotel. We stayed for 4 nights, and were kept up by the noise of external parties on 2 of the nights. When parties are hosted, hotel guests get seated outside for dinner. Parking is also limited for guests when external events take place. We definitely felt that, as staying guests, we were not the priority.
The spa facilities were not working properly (the sauna in particular), and the pool was murky. We paid to have laundry done and left with other guests clothing (we only realised when we got to our next hotel), so other guests will now be missing items.
There seemed to be a general lack of attention to detail - a lot of the plastic outdoor furniture is cracked/broken, the cigarette bins don’t get cleared regularly etc.
Overall, the stay was disappointing, especially as we were expecting a 4* experience.

On the whole it was quiet. Although there were some large party events that went on a couple of nights so a couple of Dinners were noiser than usual. The Dinner Waiters were very friendly, espacially Paolo and Giuseppe. The Breakfast Waitress, i didn't get her name i'm sorry! but she was very nice, and remembered our Coffee order every morning without asking her! Also Tamara at the Reception was very friendly, pleasent and helpful.
We had Breakfast included, which was pleasent enough. We were able to order extra eggs scrambled or fired if we wanted, filled us up enough for the day. The Dinner menu was different every day, and was ALWAYS well presented and delicious. Compliments to the Chef. Fresh fish, pasta, herbs and Meat. It was a delight every night. Good portions too.
The room was big! Aircon really helped as it was 30+ degrees every day/night The pools were nice, we stayed around the big most of the time to get that Sun.
It would be nice if they got their Pizza oven to actaully cook pizzas, that would be a really good addition to the menu! We loved our stay there. Thank you for the memories.
I personally would have liked a fitness area, Rower / Bike some Weights, but thats just me. We had a Massage, but there was no hole in the bed for my Head, so i had really bad neck ache after. They need to upgrade the bed. Other than that, the massage was very nice, i fell asleep twice!

We had a wonderful stay and a very relaxed time. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, great staff that took care about everything. The pool is perfect, looks over to the sea.
The room was spacious, very clean and modern, nice bathroom and a private terrace.
The food is excellent, we enjoyed having dinner there as well.
Travelling with our little daughter, we had an enjoyable holiday there. We’ll be back!
Nothing really.
Wifi is a bit unstable, but ok.

Loved the pool and the staff were incredible - great views of the Adriatic coastline.
Would have liked a more powerful shower.

The hotel has a spectacular view out over the whole countryside and the sea coast. The team were absolutely lovely, attentive, helpful, and good company. Dinners in the restaurant quickly became not only the easiest option, but a thoroughly enjoyable food experience - fresh produce from the region, superb pasta choices and fresh seafood. Loved it.
Not the hotel's fault, but to our serious dismay we couldn't find a single rental car available anywhere in the Brindisi area during our stay. However the hotel did a magnificent job of finding us our own "dedicated taxi", a service run by a local family. It actually worked out beautifully - half the price of an (admittedly exorbitant) rental car, no parking or gas or insurance hassles, and some local information from our friendly drivers thrown in.

The service at Corte di Ferro was outstanding ... Mary, Vito, Antonella and colleagues were kind and attentive. It was little touchs that made the stay - like taking the time to prepare a menu in English just for us and teaching us Italian. Within a day of arriving we felt like we’d been away a week. I have already recommended this hotel to friends. Fantastic. Thank you
