La verdad un poco decepcionada

Es la 4 estancia que hago... La verdad que me gustan mucho los apartamentos... Pero está última vez no estuve tan agusto... Pensaba cogerlos otra vez en septiembre pero me lo estoy pensando

Que me tocará primer piso... Tenía estar con todo cerrado por el olor a tabaco etc... Lo que me cautivo fue la limpieza,aunque está vez dejaba desear no mucha... Aunque se lo dije a una limpiadora que conocia de otras reservas y sobre la marcha los 2 últimos días i mpecable .. Siempre alquilo para tres adultos Pero en el sofá no hay quien duerma Está vez me tocó el peor apartamento

Excellent

The apartment was great as was the view. Location up the hill in Puerto Rico but you had the Europa Centre literally round the corner. You had everything you need in the apartment which was serviced daily. Really enjoyed this break

Disapointing, they need to reinstate the poolside bar and supermarket.

Poolside apartment was convenient for a disdabled guest and in convenient proximately to the lift.

We have been regular guests at the property for many years, but this was our first visit since the pandemic. Unfortunately, the poolside bar and supermarket has now closed, leading to elderly guests having to make an uphill trek to buy supplies for the self-catering apartments. We were unable to source a parasol or loungers for the patio, which in past has been provided. The pool now has a fence erected around its perimeter with opening hours of 10.30 - 18.00. In the past this has been an open area to swim at your leisure. We felt restricted with these hours given that the temperature was in its late 30's. Staff did not seem very helpful with these matters, and as a consequence we found alternative accommodation and checked out 6 nights early. Overall a disappointing stay, to what has been a very pleasant place to be in the past. Please bring back the amenities you once had.

Great stay but uncomfortable sun beds and chairs

Large sunny balconies with nice views. Lovely staff and just across from Europa Centre with pubs, food and shops

The noise from chairs is r/s and sun beds being scrapes along balconies was very loud as person above balcony is directly above bedroom. Also chairs and sun beds extremely hard with no padding. Also on site shop and pool bar closed

Stayed at these apartments before but they have gone hill tremendously it really looks like they are running the place down I would not recommend them to anyone they are still showing pool bar / restaurant on their photos it hasn’t been open for 3 years since covit if i had known this was the case I would not have booked it.

Great Apartments.

Love the apartments and the view from the balcony. The staff at reception were very nice and helpful the cleaners came round very regularly. The beds were very comfortable

Been going to Babalu for a few years now. Excellent apartments overlooking the pool and the sea. Close to Europa centre with shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Pleasant stay at Apartamentos Babalu

Apartamentos Babalu has a great location with beautiful sunny balconies and the greatest view of the ocean, swimming pool and facilities. The apartment was nicely decorated and the cleaning staff was amazing. We are very happy with our stay and will absolutely be back!

We love the views from our room, its very clean and bed really comfy.

Its such a shame the bar hasn't opened up as was great for food and drink also the supermarket was handy.

We normally visit Puerto Rico a few times a year and the Babalu is out go to. Clean & friendly.

Great holiday

Location, although very high up it gave us an excuse to walk every day down to wherever we wanted to go. 1km either way to both beaches. 2km to commercial center. Stones throw to Europa center. Washing machine available on 5th floor. Plenty of towels provided and cleaners called 5times per week. Value for money is excellent

Unfortunately the pool bar was open and the pool area a bit dead but the pool is lovely and spotless. The room had no air con but this seems to be a thing in Pr We arrived and reception was shut, we couldn't make contact through the phone number provided so make sure you do all this before arrival. Thankfully security arrived an hour later but that hour was a bit of a panic not knowing if we would gain entry

Large balcony but no sun loungers to enjoy, made the space very bare. Pool didn't open untill 11 should open much earlier. Sofa needs replacing.
