Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone to do so. Reception were nice. Used the emergency number to contact the man

The location was good. Upon entry it was nice.

Several spiders, cobwebs and grime. Manager was no help at all.

Clean and Simple. Nothing more was required.

The receptionist was very friendly and attentive, the room was just as I would have expected for a small single room but that's all I wanted for a quick stop over visit.

I liked everything about my stay, there were no issues.

Nice staff, but room needs an uplift....

Convenient location for visiting Yorkshire Sculpture park. Staff friendly and helpful with suggestions of local restaurants.

Room no 1 : didn't meet our expectations of an 'executive double room'. It was smaller than expected and dark - One very small window with a restricted view and one window in ceiling directly over the bed with a blind which was inadequate, let light directly onto pillow at sunrise and disturbed our sleep. Bath panel damaged and dirty along edges. Cooked breakfast was very basic and not as offered, however we were given a discount after pointing this out.

Enjoyable.

Breakfast was obviously cooked earlier and the meat items were slightly hard, dried out. Not much choice when it comes to one of the guests not eating pork but wanting a hot meal at breakfast.

Although the staff presents was somewhat random everybody will help you with anything So very relaxing

There was no earl grey after a while the found a pot for us so still very good

amazing breakfast - high quality, lots of food, lots of choice. Really recommend it. Lovely room, quiet and spacious, great to have a desk. Comfy bed, good new, clean bathroom. Everything in top shape and staff were lovely. I came really late at night and they sorted everything and made me feel very secure.

Good, convenient place to stay, nice and clean, easy come and go, ticked the box's.

Nice clean spacious room, comfy bed, shower was good and powerful.

No bin to put the rubbish in and i could hear music (or perhaps I should say racket) from the next door room but it wasn't to bad.

I only need 1 word - Terrible

The room was comfortable

No hot food on the evening when we arrived, or at breakfast, which was continental, (not mentioned anywhere that I saw) and this hotel supposedly has a restaurant. Had to go out for Dinner and when we returned at 9.30 pm, the bar was closed. We left after 1 night, I could not possibly stay another night in this place.

Heath Cottage needs a chef! (and a new booler).

The staff; the bed; the location

It was cold in the dining room as the boiler was faulty. There was no provision for an evening meal and the breakfast was a cold buffet. The bathroom radiator wasn't working and the toilet seat was quite loose.there was only one drinking glass in a double room.

No hot breakfast and restaurant closed due to no chef.

I was told one hour before check in that the hotel was closed and I was staying in the annex . I had arranged to meet family and friends in the bar and could not. I could not get a hot breakfast.i will never stay there again. Disgraceful
