Meals had a great price and many options. The balconies are good and the pools are nice.
The shower is "in the room" what makes it annoying in the night because the steams stays in the room...
Breakfast has a to of options but no vegan milk and just regular slice bread.
1.0
close to beach
there is entertainment until 12:30 - great if on holiday bit great if you’re working.
Room #1 was on ground floor so above bar - dirty towel, looked like lipstick but could have been make up
Room #2 air on broken so forced to leave balcony door open but v noisy outside, strange chemical smell from drains and stained bed throw

Good location, food was as expected and staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money
Rooms could be seen as small but didn’t find them overly bad. Room was very hot bevause we couldn’t figure out the aircon 😂

location
food was extremely disappointing. catered for Spanish. food luke warm no microwave more of a continental breakfast to be honest
main bar in the hotel we visited cheapest Vodka was £3.50 and a Fanta lemon £2 I ordered 2 and was charged £20. I was informed that the price list is only for Spanish guests and not English guests. Never went back.

The hotel is mainly for young adults
The room was opposite the pool these young adults were in the pool till very late at night .
We only stayed one night to rest and then go back home ,but we were unable to sleep at hi at night
There was a large selection for breakfast.freshly made omelettes pancakes poached eggs etc break fast was good overall.
Location was near the airport. it is outside main Palma .Bus 23 takes you straight into the city centre for 2 euros one way ( approx 45mins)
I didn't like the fact when you mentioned to the staff about the toilet door not closing properly and ants in the room they just apologised and they seemed to be aware that's quiet normal for this

Really enjoyed our stay here food drinks service all very good all of the staff are very friendly and you can see how hard they work.
We were all inclusive very
good variety of food and something for everyone. The restaurant staff everyone of them from the chefs to the staff who pour your drinks were always so nice.
The only downfall I will say is the coffee machine need replacing and the orange juice machine needs to be serviced as everyday they were broken or spilling everywhere.
The rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit good music lovely pool and great drinks. the staff can’t do enough for you. We went both in the day and also at night good vibes all the time. Cocktails Amazing & very reasonable.
Another feature of the hotel would be the outdoor Jacuzzi area so nice quiet and relaxing.
The main pool is really nice not to big with a bar plenty of seating also coffee & snacks available staff always so nice and helpful.
There are shops facing the hotel for all your essentials.
Excellent location few mins walk to beach and main strip of bars and restaurants. Beach is lovely busy but really nice plenty of nice places for food & drink.
Arenal is overall full of German & Dutch tourists. We are Irish really enjoyed the change and meeting different cultures. Something for everyone here we are nearly 40 but a young 40 however there was people of all ages in this resort.
One downfall I would say is we booked a superior room and it was so small more like a small double to be honest. The staff did offer to upgrade to a junior suite for an extra amount but we had already paid a big amount so decided to stay where we where. Didn’t effect our stay as we were to busy having a good time.

Room was comfortable and spacious for solo traveler. Front desk was terrific getting a taxi for me 5:30 am, for a reservation I made with them the night before.
Was only an overbite stay before going to airport.

food was nice, good location
not 4 star facilities, can’t have soft all inclusive drinks round sky pool, staff weren’t very helpful/polite
7.0
The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from at every meal.
The location was preferrable, as it was close to the beach.
The room was somewhat small but nice, and the shower had good hot water pressure.
We specifically asked for a double bed before booking, but we got two unvomfortable twin beds. They had wheels and kept sliding easily and constantly.
Additionally, the AC was either bad quality or somewhat broken, as it didn't cool down the room enough. Staying there during lunch hours was almost impossible.

the rooftop bar and sun lounge (with small pool) is amazing: breezy, pleasant, absolute stunning view and very professional barman. The price of the drink was good, considered the location and facilities.
The bedroom was small and essential, but new, clean, with a large balcony and very comfy bed. A small fridge in the room, for own use too!
Large swimming pool at ground floor, plus another one with jacuzzi on the front of the building.
Very little storage for clothes! A Gym would have been a bonus.
